  4. Hey sbarham, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. This is actually due to a bug for leaving your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. Please contact support@obsidian.net with your PFID# (located in the settings menu) and a copy of your receipt. We'll be fixing this issue in a hotfix patch. Thanks!
  5. Hey everyone, We came across a couple of bumps in this patch and we will be releasing a hotfix patch soon. So if you see an update in the near future, you'll know why! The hotfix will include: Fixing a bug that was asking for permission to manage phone calls on your device. Adding the missing treasure chest asset that is missing in the store page. Fixing an issue that is revoking your purchase of the Rise of the Runelord bundle from your account if you leave you game running in the background for over 23 hours. So please, please do not leave your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. If you have experienced this bug, please contact support@obsidian.net and we'll get your sorted out. Restoring your purchase will fix your saved games. Please provide your: PFID# (located in the settings menu) A copy of your receipt (actual email copy) Thank you all for being so understanding and awesome!

  9. Hey PinkRose, We just tested a tablet here that has no internet connection and was able to play the game offline. Could you please upload some screenshots of the errors that pop up? Thanks!
  10. Hello amwf, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. Could you please be more specific? Did this happen as a result of patching the game? Do you have multiple google play/gamecenter accounts? If so, are you on the correct account? Thanks!
  11. Hey Rontu23, After taking a look at your output log, it does look like your game files are corrupted or you are missing files. To fix this, just go to your Steam library and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should do the trick. Thanks a bunch!
  12. Hey everyone! Sorry about all of the confusion and speculation that is going around. It was a mistake on our part to state that the 3.03 patch will be "the last patch" for Pillars of Eternity. For that, please accept our sincerest apologies. With that said, we understand your concerns and we are still listening to your feedback, which we greatly value. We will do our best to address the issues if we are able to, as we have for the past year and a half. You guys are the best and we couldn't ask for a better community.   14. Nice work PinkRose! After speaking with our programmers, it looks like you'll have to stick to this workaround if it happens again. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do on our end to prevent this from happening again if it does. Sorry you lost all of your quest mode data mccrispy =( Thanks!

  16. Hey Yury, The gold issue is not a bug, as reported in our patch notes. - Gold now scales based on party size and difficulty in Quest Mode and Story Mode Legendary scenarios. Story Mode - A single character completing Legendary now earns 50 gold. A full party will gain 300 gold. A popup will come up when selecting the difficulty for a scenario that will breakdown how much gold is awarded for the base scenario, how much is added for party size and the total. Quest Mode - A single character will gain 50 (normal), 75 (heroic), 100 (legendary) gold. A full party will gain 150 (normal), 200 (heroic), 250 (legendary) gold. In the scenario reward, the gold breakdown will be displayed showing base reward from difficulty, party size and the total. As for your second issue, we'll take a look into it! Could you please post up your PFID# so we can look at your save? You can find the ID in the settings menu. Thanks!
  17. Don't worry my friends, its just a minor bug. We aren't doing anything with that permission, we do not track or have access to your phone calls. Sorry for the confusion.

  20. Hey Mccrispy, Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? You'll lose your quest mode save, but you can do this to save it and re-add it to your folder. Getting game files: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC
  21. Looks like you are still on the old build. Have you updated your game yet? We tried to reproduce the issue on the new update and haven't been able to get the issue to occur.
