  1. Hey bryond, Have you tried going back to the old device and completing a turn? That would update the save cloud and you can move over to your new device and see if that uploads it correctly. Thanks!

  3. Hello kroweta, Make sure that there aren't any typos when entering the gold. Also, make sure to include the dashes. Can you PM me your PFID# and the code?
  4. Hello xknow, See if this works for you. 1. Enable syncing (can be quickly enabled via sync icon from the Android swipe down menu). 2. Open Google Play Games app 3. Swipe from the left to open Play Games' menu and select 'My Games' (might have to select 'All My Games' on next screen). 4. Select Pathfinder Adventures and then launch the app from the red play button on the right side. 5. You should now be able to log in! (You may have to accept a sync request from the swipe down menu or tap the 'Link Social Gaming Network' button for it to work) Thanks!

  7. I looked into the account with the PFID# you provided and the account was created today. You might be signed into the wrong Gamecenter account. Close out the game completely and open Gamecenter, make sure you are logged into the correct account and then launch the game from Gamecenter and see if that was the case. Thanks.

Just now struggling with this, as I use the same account (my google play accnt) that logs in just fine, then I have 0 chests (other device has 80) so I'm having to figure out why the hell it isn't syncing (same google play account/email.) /off to tech support I go Hey sovery_simple, It sounds liek you are not logged into the same google account. Go into Google Play Games and make sure you are logged into the proper account.

  14. Sorry about that Mikazuki, did you launch the game from Google Play Games or Game Center? The problem I have is on a Galaxy S4 (phone). It's definitely not specific to tablets. I also don't know if this is the cause or not, but I did attempt to root my phone awhile back, though it never seemed to have fully worked. AT&T's software updates always fail every time they try to send me one, and rooted apps don't seem to work either. Could that be part of the problem? I've never had any issue with games before though. Is there any way you can update your device? That might be the problem here.

  17. Hey Polar, I'm not sure what else can be done, usually launching the Game from Play Games does the trick and making sure device sync is enabled, which you have done. When you tap on "Log in" from the top left, and choose your account, that doesn't work as well correct? Did removing your google account and readding it work? You can do that by going into device settings and accounts.

  20. Yeah, thats odd. I am also using a Samsung Galaxy S4 (though its not officially supported) and I had no problems what so ever. Do you have any other Google accounts on your phone? Try removing your PolarTheif ID and then readding it to see if that does anything. Make sure the game is not running in the background when you are doing all of these options.
  21. What device are you using Polar? Addendum: Also, when you said you opened it from the store, did you also try opening it from Play Games, not to be mistaken for the Play Store.

  24. Hey guys, Elcoderdude is correct, but the bug is that the cards are pre shackled when they shouldn't be. Its just a UI issue and has been reported. Thanks a bunch!
