Hey guys, You can export your save files so you wont lose your quest mode save. Try clearing the cache for those apps first before uninstalling and reinstalling. Getting game files: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send!

Lost all my experience character.
Hey everyone, This could be an issue due to having full character saves. Please check your character saves and see if you have 24. If that is the case, then it was probably and issue where quest mode ended and it didn't have any more available slots to place those characters.

Gold not being saved
Hey everyone, Its not that we don't consider this a high priority, which it is. There is just a lot of leg work to do before making a post and checking things on our end. Thanks for posting your PFID#'s it will be very helpful on discovering on what is going on. Thanks guys!

Thanks guys, Some of these issues are already known, but I'll run it by the team to make sure they will all get addressed, though, they will not go into the hotfix patch, but the patch after.

I'm sure you've done this arleady but, does deleting the cache for google play games and play services resolve the issue? Perhaps a device restart?

Hey guys, When you tapped on quest mode, did you have a quest mode scenario already in progress or was it going to start a new one? Could you also post up your PFID# (located in setttings). Archangel, we got yours Thanks!

lost purchases
Hey sbarham, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. This is actually due to a bug for leaving your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. Please contact support@obsidian.net with your PFID# (located in the settings menu) and a copy of your receipt. We'll be fixing this issue in a hotfix patch. Thanks!

Pathfinder Adventures Hotfix 1.0.3.6 is now live for Android and iOS
Hey everyone, We came across a couple of bumps in this patch and we will be releasing a hotfix patch soon. So if you see an update in the near future, you'll know why! The hotfix will include: Fixing a bug that was asking for permission to manage phone calls on your device. Adding the missing treasure chest asset that is missing in the store page. Fixing an issue that is revoking your purchase of the Rise of the Runelord bundle from your account if you leave you game running in the background for over 23 hours. So please, please do not leave your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. If you have experienced this bug, please contact support@obsidian.net and we'll get your sorted out. Restoring your purchase will fix your saved games. Please provide your: PFID# (located in the settings menu) A copy of your receipt (actual email copy) Thank you all for being so understanding and awesome!

Hey PinkRose, We just tested a tablet here that has no internet connection and was able to play the game offline. Could you please upload some screenshots of the errors that pop up? Thanks!

Game breaking Bug - Cannot change Party (3.03)
Hey Rontu23, After taking a look at your output log, it does look like your game files are corrupted or you are missing files. To fix this, just go to your Steam library and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should do the trick. Thanks a bunch!

3.03 Update Live
Hey everyone! Sorry about all of the confusion and speculation that is going around. It was a mistake on our part to state that the 3.03 patch will be "the last patch" for Pillars of Eternity. For that, please accept our sincerest apologies. With that said, we understand your concerns and we are still listening to your feedback, which we greatly value. We will do our best to address the issues if we are able to, as we have for the past year and a half. You guys are the best and we couldn't ask for a better community.
