  1. Thanks guys, We'll look into your saves and see whats going on.
  2. Uninstalling would delete your local data and possibly fix your quest mode. The only thing you would lose is the Quest Mode Save. Character data, Story Mode Saves, gold, and purchases are all stored in the cloud.

  9. Hey guys! Great news, in the next update, we will be fixing the issue where users have multiple instances of reward cards when there should only be one in Story mode. The fix will automatically audit your cards and remove and excess number of reward cards and bring them down to 1, (if need be). Thanks and bunch!
  10. Hello znajoma, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We haven't seen this as well, but just so you know, we do not run ADs in the game, if you are seeing ads, then its quite possible you are playing on a pirated copy of the game. Are you playing the game on your Phone or an emulator? Where did you download the game from? Thanks.

This was an error on our end and the text will be properly updated in the next patch. It was not our intentions to misinform or deceive anyone who have purchased the Daily Gold thinking it has no duration. We apologies for any miscommunication and any inconveniences.   16. Hey onion97, Try launching the app through Google Play Games/Gamecenter. That usually does the trick. Then please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# and a copy of your receipt and I can add your purchase to your account. Thanks a bunch! Thanks for being so helpful Hannibal!
  17. Hey everyone, Apologies about the miscommunication. Daily gold originally stated that the subscription lasts for 30 days upon activation, but we recently updated the text to be more clear on how Daily Gold works, but we mistakenly let out the 30 days subscription text. This will be resolve in the next patch. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  18. Hey Firestormkirby, We are still currently looking into this issue as it was reported before in the past. But what i can do is go into your account delete all of your excess reward cards and bring it down to 1, that will definitely help out your performance issue. If anyone else is has large amounts of reward cards in your vault, just post up your PFID# and I can clear those out for as well. Thanks a bunch!

  20. Hey Derisat, Sorry for the troubles, unfortunately we don't handle transactions that are made through Google or Apple here at Obsidian. You will have to contact Google/Apple to request a refund. I did correct your subscription date and it will expire on the full 30 day cycle of your previous purchase. Thanks!
