  2. Hey Bardmedicine! I have received your email! If you are on an Android device, could you please upload a save folder? If you are on iOS, can you please tell us your PFID or Username ID? If you can grab a screenshot of the villain being in your deck, that would awesome as well! Thanks!

  5. Update: Issues has been resolved! You should now be able to purchase the Limited Time Tools of Faith and Devotion with no problems! If you were charged for the item and didn't receive it, please refer to the post above. Thanks everyone!
  6. Hey everyone, We're looking into why some purchases are not being processed correctly. Please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# or Username #xxxx and a copy of your receipt. It would be helpful if you also included how you purchased the items. (Google Wallet, Credit, Debit, PayPal, etc). Thanks!
  7. Hey 4inches, Sorry about the troubles. It sounds like you are not on the correct account. Make sure you open up Google Play Games or Game Center and make sure you are logged into the correct account. To locate your PFID#, open up Options > Settings > PFID# located on the bottom. You can also use your Username as well (i.e. 4inches #xxxx) Thanks!
  8. Hey Limwik, Sorry about the issue. Do you mind uploading your save folder so we can take a look at it? Accessing your game files: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send! Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences.

  10. Hey guys, We have discovered that there is an UI overlay issue, but there is a work around fortunately. To get around it, make sure each page is scrolled all the way up before you hit the continue button. Thanks!
  11. Hey SpikedPunchVictim, One the initial purchase of daily gold, you are automatically granted 200 gold. Our timer resets at 5 PM PST, then you can collect your gold after that. Thanks!

I am just one man on the forums here and have a lot of other responsibilities that require my attention, but luckily I have StromBringerGT helping me out now.   15. Hey Joviet, Sorry to hear about the loss of cards, but it sounds like you may be on the wrong account. Do you happen to be an iOS user? Did you update to iOS 10.0.2?   20. I'm inclined to believe nothing changed regarding the Inspired Dexterity bug. I just ran two scenarios in a row where I lost a Favor of Erastil because I used that blessing to defeat the villain. I'm still convinced that the scenario end is preempting the resolution "Inspired Dexterity blessings," and as a result some blessings remain caught in a neither-discarded-nor-returned limbo. Hey Ehtics You are correct, we still have the bug in our system but we will definitely fix it in the next update.
  21. Hey guys, It has come to out attention that the new iOS 10 upgrade has been replacing users accounts with new Gamecenter ID's and creating new PlayFab IDs. We would advise not updating your iOS device to iOS 10 until we have investigated the issue further.   22. Hey Leskaat, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. It looks like in the iOS 10 update, Apple removed the Gamecenter App and created a new ID.
