Never understood the point of monks. You need to get hit to do the best damage but if your tank/tanks are working as intended then you won't? I suppose I could roleplay the rest of the team as ex US Airforce and use friendly fire to wound him?

One Stands Alone requires engaged by 2 or more enemies. Engaged by 2 or more enemies = Dead! i'd suggest ranged rogue/cipher

Just have both...a Monk (called Mork) and a Barb (presumably called Mindy)

Thought I would try a little solo run but coming up against brick walls! I have a fairly strong build with a decent bit of Con. I seem to be stuck at level 3½ with no way of getting any further. Fights I have been unable to beat are Sporelings for Ranga quest, last group of shadows in Eothas Temple or Shades at Caed Nua. I got backstab for a strong opener but goes downhill pretty quick after that! I was wondering if I need a bit of lore to use fire fan scrolls or something. Any pearls of wisdom please?

Dunno if it's already been mentioned but I got a dramatic reduction in load times after deleting all surplus game saves.
