I don't know. I haven't looked. I did hear several newspapers did release her name and pictures, to which she received death threats. Then again, the accusation is that she was bent over a chair and violated in an uncomfortable place (like the back of a VW?). So maybe, how she looked from the front wasn't nearly as important.

Caen invested a lot of his personal money into stock. And he could face charges for not paying his employees. It is in his best interest to TRY to get money back into the company, so he can sell off his shares at a higher price, and cut his losses, while using the new income to pay off his employees and then make a run for it.

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....

Take a former-heavyweight boxer. Remove the training and exercise. Replace it with booze and BBQ. Give him five years, and see if he last more than two rounds in the ring. I used to run the three-mile in less than 18:00. I can't run a mile in less than 7:00 today if I wanted. Ulic was cut off from the Force. It's quite possible you were cut off from the Force for a while, and you're just now remembering. -

I did a debate resolution on gay marriages back in high school. I found this study that showed that most people who object to homosexuality actually object to deviant forms of intercourse (oral/anal). And since oral sex is generally more acceptable, Lesbians are more acceptable. I don't know if there is any truth to that, but I found it interesting.

Every character will have a voice? Even the PC? -
I have no clue. The trial hasn't started, and we really don't know much about it yet. I was pretty upset how that court reporter "accidentally" emailed suppressed documents presenting some of the prosecution's case to seven media outlets. It must have been a typo. She meant to email the suppressed documents to an invisible friend.

If all the players really wanted to deal with Vong, I can run that. It just wouldn't be my first choice.

I'd be down for that, or a Devaronian (especially if we're eating a basket of puppies and kittens in the game).

I caught some stomach bug/virus. No one else I know got sick, so it's not food poisoning, but it was so painful I couldn't sleep. I could stand to sit, lay down, do anything. It doesn't hurt quite as much now, but I've spent most of the past 24 hours hunched over, or in the bathroom.

I figured he'd respond with "Obsidian is just doing whatever they want on this game! How dare MCA design a game himself rather than try to cater to disgruntled anonymous people who've gone on the record of saying they won't buy the game!"

Personally, I love to hate the Bothans, and my RPG plot did actually involve early Bothans. I'll swap them out with someone else now...

I think distance and location does play a huge factor. Let's say you find Endor, and you have to build bases from scratch, and establish a military garrison on the moon. You may have to build a power plant, a refinery, etc. before you can do anything else. After all, there wasn't any technology there. Since you're constantly bringing other planets up to a galactic standard of technology, it may be hard to spend money on research, only to come up with a new technology that has to be integrated on countless planets.

Except you're very adamant that the PnP game was the original source material for KoTOR, and that KoTOR needs to treat the PnP like holy sacraments.

Let's go back 50,000 year in history, and see how much technology changed in 4,000 years. It's all relative.

I just heard on SportsCenter that Kobe demanded to the Clippers that they would have to start moving the team to Anaheim (where Kobe lives) and play at least 15 games in Anaheim next year. I'm not sure where this would be? The Pond? Except the NBA and NHL season go at the same time, so that would be a pain.

I only see one person in this exchange who needs to grow up. One person speaks in insulting terms. One person is accusatory, and falls back upon a completely unrelated insult rather than reply to the topic at hand. One person shows a great deal of ignorance themselves in denouncing a large cadre of games he has probably never played while calling someone else ignorant. Funny, that's the same person in all three instances. Care to respond with something meaningful? -
How the heck do you end up with the Ebon Hawk?
EnderAndrew replied to Bokishi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well, it is suggested that you fought under Revan in the Mandalorian Wars, so there is some connection there. -
In the Question to the Dev's thread, we have a few new answers. It's not much, but it's something. There is still a lot to speculate about. Why were you exhiled? Where did Revan go? Who's alive and dead at the start? What is the grid in orbit? Etc...

Well, you start as a Jedi Class. But you're starting as a weak Jedi (likely level 1). That doesn't mean you can't access the Force at all. It just means you are rusty. -
Well, if I sandwich the setting inbetween two well-known settings, the players have a feel that certain events are inevitable, and they know what's going to happen. If we set the game slightly post KOTOR:TSL, the story can focus on the player charactes, and do something new and unexpected. The Sith are still around. The Republic is still around, and there is alot of unexplored galaxy. I was thinking of having the party exploring unknown worlds on some mission from the Jedi or the Republic.

I'd suggest a few years post KOTOR and KOTOR:2. But I'll defer to a majority opinion.
