I often use for Atton a Mandalorian desintegretor (sp) and a ionic blaster, this way he is a good support guy for all situations. Canderous gets melee weapons with a soldier gauntlet if availlable, his strength implant and I upgrade his armor with +3 str +3 con. HK-47 with a charrick does deadly damages.

If OE develops K3, may be they will use an adapted version of the Aurora2 engine they are making...

That's fun, I thought Orchomene was an old mesopotamian name. Where is your birth town ?

It seems that a big majority of people here are above 18... BTW, I'm 29.

Personnaly, I often use a short and a long lightsaber with : the PC crystal + a bonus to wisdom/charisma crystal, like the +2 wisdom +1 attack (or a better one if I find it) with mostly defensive upgrades (to compensate the lack of dual feat) for the short one - for the long one, the most damaging/attacking bonus, upgrades that gives keen and boni to critical damages and I use the critical strikes feat, this way : I do critical 50% of the time, dealing more than 100 damages 50% of the time.

I think it's been cut. Part of the missing endings. But I could be wrong.

I can answer the third question : no such place. all cristals are random. But you can save and reload before talking to a merchant who sells cristals until he/she has a bronze one. Try with the one in Dantoine just before the enclave.

So, just try to play a non stereotypical bad guy. Just choose some evil options. You don't have to be radical. Just imagine what you can think if you are evil : - Why are you evil ? - Do you think you are evil ? You can think you just do to people what they deserve and you can choose the winner camps (Czerka, Exchange, Mercenaries, Vaklu). - What is your evil philosophy ? Do you want to teach people how hard the world is ? By giving them exemples ? In real life, most evil people think they did the right thing. If you take a look at both sides during a war, they all claim to bo the good guys.

Lay off Obsidian, already!

Who's the boss ? It's LA, so it's LA's responsability to deliver a game that seems so unfinished. The so many bugs problem is linked to a rushed QA or no QA at all. If you employ another company to do part of a project, you are responsible of what they did. They could have delayed the game and then asked OE to do the ending without being paid. LA had all the choices. -
About the surfaced incomplete endings.

Sure, one of the area of the academy is labelled emprisonment zone (or something like that, I don't have the english version) where you probably could find some of your allies. -
Question: Why did BIOWARE leave this game?
Orchomene replied to RanZa's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Probably answered your own question there <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sure, it was only a style figure question. -
You have access to the force, you are just limited to use only force powers that allow the use of armors Else, you can imagine that those armors are specifically made for the guy it's named from. Hence, these armors are not so practical for you and then does not allow all force powers to be used. just some speculations.

Question: Why did BIOWARE leave this game?
Orchomene replied to RanZa's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I can't understand why some people find the story in Kotor 2 is worse than in Kotor 1. In Kotor 1, it is so obvious, it reminds me some action movie where the villain says everything to the good guy. In Kotor 2, you have to look around to catch the story, it's a much better decision, I think. But of course, every people have their own thoughts about this. -
Hanharr is a wise wookie, not because of what he did, but because of why he did it and the answers he has. He has the philosophy of a wise Sith, that's sure, not a wise jedi, but it's also wisdom. Nobody has an exclusivity on wisdom.

Some questions I have about Revan and TSL
Orchomene replied to Tyrell's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Revan would not 'join' the true sith. It's not the sith way of life. He would naturally fight them to show them he is more powerful. They were ennemies when he felt to the DS (if he felt, he could have just become a lost jedi without morality, even a sith one, but it's difficult to know), they remain ennemies after. One thing I'm wondering. Forty years before, the mandalorian fought the republic because of Exar Kun (sp), then, only forty years after years after, they do the same ? It's dumb ! -
And what about Atris being your former master ? Kreia said you've already betrayed her. She's really pissed by you also.
-
Yes, for Dark Side, she has another conclusion. She said you created a group a muderers who can only seek for revenge or something like that.

I'm currently playing a gray force user. I began with a dark side user, became sith marauder at first planet (Korriban) and did the revan's tomb. After that, some dialogues with Visas and a another planet and I'm now in the middle. I can choose neutral answers and feel more free in my choices as it doesn't matter to gain LS or DS points. It was fun in Nar Shadaa, the jedi there didn't know if I was there to help people or to help the Exchange. I had the opportunity to kill him or to let him live. Since he was nice and didn't seem to be dangerous I let him live... but I'm not sure Vrook will live a long life. In many dialogues there are neutral side answers. But that's sure that many situations offer only the choice between two groups ( Mercenaries or not in Dantooine, Voluk or the Queen in Onderon) but in Nar Shadda, you can play both sides, more or less. Besides, to be neutral you don't have to kill innocent people to gain a few dark side points. There are many dialogues where the 'rational' answer is a dark side one.
-
The jedi concil said they used this (cuting someone from the force) only once. So, who's been cut from the force if not Kreia ? Then, about Revan fallen in the dark side, Kreia doesn't say he wasn't dark side, just that what you may think about "fallen to the dak side" could be wrong, because Revan was totally aware of what he did. She said that he was in control of himself.

Why the hell I must be wimpy to get LSP?
Orchomene replied to Handel's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
You are a bit too extrem in your exemple. There are many situations where you don't have to kill to get DS points or refuse money to get LS points. It's sure you don't get all the points if you answer "thanks", but being nice to people is often sufficient to be high on the light side. Sure, if you want very quickly Light side mastery, you have to be a saint, but for me it seems normal. -
Spoil me pls - permanent stat gains?
Orchomene replied to Handel's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yes, HK gives two boosts, one in stamina and the other in wisdom, I think. -

I think you should take a look at the jedi code one more time. If you feel that you should turture you enemy to death, well, you should sign on to become a Sith. -
It's easy in this game to be dark side. You just have to think about how you could win against the sith lords and the jedi (without knowing that they are easy to deal with, of course). Discussing with Kreia helps a lot. If you think that you can have to sacrifice your allies. You can side with the most potent sides of every planet (Vaklu in onderon so that he can manage to guide the planet to be self sufficient and keep its culture, Azkul (sp?) in Dantooine ). You just strengthen people by bringing them difficulties. Just say lootra her wife is dead, then he can have a new life. Say this mother in the refugee camp she should sell herself to be near her daughter. In those situation, you just let people face their problems themselves, with their own weapons. You just have to figure that your character is not a hero, he has to face situations where using people could have been necessary, just don't think that there is always a light side choice, because there are many situation where the most logical choice would be to be dark side. In Telos, the Czerca has more possibilities than the Ithorian to help you find your ship and maybe to help the planet be self-sufficient. In Nar Shaada, trying to deal with the Exchange by siding with them seems safer than be against them. After that, there are many situations where if you avoid to be a hero you will gain dark side points. In Telos and Nar Shadaa again, when someone has problems with mercenaries or exchange guys, just let them be attacked. In this game, I think it's easier to justify a dark side attitude since in KotoR 1, being dark side meant you have to be some vulture and greedy, which semt pathetic.

I don't understand your concept of "betraying his nature" ? Do you imply that Bao Dur is a good guy by nature ? I don't think we can apply this to ETs more than to human and even if we can see controverses (sp?) in this, the moral of the human being is mostly made by the society and not by human nature. For me, Bao Dur has betrayed his moral code. But he is not suffering specifically from it, he is suffering because he couldn't accept it. Why ? Because it was the first time that his loyalty was in conflict with his ethic. But I can't say more about Bao Dur, I've not read the lines where he recognise it, only the dialogue between Bao Dur and Kreia when you are turning into a Sith.

Sure, it could depend. But I think you are pretty close to fall to the dark side. Well, that's not that if mass murders are specially a kind act, even to save a galaxy. There were people who were innocents in Malachor 5 (like in the death star...)
