  1. 163 second file. Phew. 100% sequential accuracy in terms of in-game playthru not guaranteed. Higher quality version: http://crimsonkeep.com/downloads/kotor2sou..._salvation1.wav (1.1MB) Lowerquality version: http://crimsonkeep.com/downloads/kotor2sou..._salvation2.wav (636kb)
  2. Well, I'll put together the 20 or so files that make up the majority of Atton's 'woman who saved me' section...then anyone who wants can write it out - but the entire Atton-to-Jedi thing consists of about 100-150 wav files w/3 or 4 different 'dialogue angles' and that's too much for me... Back in a bit.
  3. The files are there, but I don't have them written down or anything - it'd be a lot of typing.... And...are these two lines in the final game? I don't remember hearing them, but they're pretty funny....Atton when he confronts the twin twi'lek's I think. http://crimsonkeep.com/downloads/kotor2sou...ruffy_human.wav (63kb) (For those who don't want to download, Atton says "Ladies, what you need is a man who understands the two of you and understands your needs....I was kind of hoping that mating with scruffy humans was on that list."
  4. Actually, no, I don't. Which was part of my irritation/point. I say "I like/drink this", no different than saying "I love pizza/cookies/sushi, yum!" and then (lately, the past year or so) people often jump in with health-lifestyle stuff simply because it's apparently a current trend in some circles to bash diet soda, or something. Usually I ignore such things but after a long time it just grates on the nerves.
  5. This is the dialogue from the "Hey (the Ebon Hawk) that's my ship!" cutscene in Nal Shadda. I've always had Atton/Disciple w/me, so their lines are there as would be, but I also included the (Handmaidens?) lines since it works well continuity-wise even tho you can't have all three in your party at once. :D ...I'm also assuming Handmaiden actually says those lines, since I've never played w/her... http://crimsonkeep.com/downloads/kotor2sou...atrin_ebon2.wav (612kb)
  6. Yeah, I agree he has a point...but again, IMO, the SW universe is not generally about subtlety.
  7. Yes, that's why when I casually mention that I drink diet soda you jump on it with such non-judgemental, friendly-sounding comments as: Edit: And sorry if I'm rather defensive about it, but I've had this same convo w/several othes on the net, where they'd all jump and tell me, unasked for, how my drinking soda diet or not was so horrible, when all I'd say is "I luv diet Dew!" or some such silly thing. I'm just tired of it. Who cares.
  8. Well, think about all the dominant Dark Side people in the movie-universe, and well...that's what the Dark Side does to folk. There doesn't seem to be much lee-way there past a certain point of no return. And IMO the Light's the same way - you have to be all goody-goody in dialogue - can't even be neutral-good.
  9. Yeah, it really doesn't matter much in the end....you can still spam the powers either way. But as to the question - it's a fairly large hit if you do it all. Won't put ya back down close to neutral or anything, but it will set you back enough to be irritating. At least IMO. Plus you'll upset Disciple quite a bit. lol
  10. Excuse me? I never said anything I did was healthy. I simply said that compared to what my habits used to be, I now confine them to something less. I don't judge or make assumptions what other adults choose to do to their bodies, be it booze, meat, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Twinkies, lead-laden fish, homemade ink tattoos, or 100 body piercings. Believe what you want and live how you want - others will do the same thing, and y'know what? Most of us will still live about the same damn amount of time. Damn I get tired of listening to people holler just because I like to drink something other than water.
  11. Those are priceless....all of it. *laughing herself silly over all those great Kotor-Sim pics* :D
  12. That Advanced disco & dragons pic, the guy in the purple suit looks almost exactly like one of the henchmen in the recent game Evil Genius. lol Way cool.
  13. Well I'm no closer to knowing who the voice actor for Tobin is, but I'm pretty sure the same person also does the voice of of some of the 'wandering townsfolks' in Telos, and one of the NPC influence-encounter oppurtunities in Telos.

  15. Yeah, there's a few treasure spots/points in the game where it doesn't appear to be random. I don't remember it always being green in that spot, but usually I'm not paying much attention by the time I get to Dxun...
  16. Random...random engine....save and reload before talking to shopkeepers the 1st time, stuff like that. There's 1 or 2 shopkeepers that always have one specific rare color in stock but I don't think that's blue or yellow. I know the feeling tho - my first game I had 1 blue crystal and every other random crystal/saber was violet....
  17. Men in flowing/billowing capes/jackets (robes or not) are just plain sexy. there's a lot of movies I can watch just for the men in their long black cowboy jackets etc. Anyway...I'm like Jivin - it's hard to put into words exactly why I'm so enamoured of the game, even beyond the fan-girlism. The way the combat movements look, the interactions of the characters (even tho, like many, I wish there'd been a lot more of that), the fact that it makes me laugh a lot (always a big influencer for me), and the fact that the more I tinker with it the more I appreciate certain nuances to stuff. It's just...a breezy fun colorful world to lose your imagination in, and I enjoy it.
  18. Has to be one of the more useless powers in the game. Mostly, it's pretty. Tho that beast control spell still tops it.
  19. Pretty sure they're not in the game...there's tons of small bits like that, that weren't used. There's also a lot of different 'actor-tries' for the same bits - ie, Kreia in a voice that's quite different from the final one in the game. I'm trying to put together Disciple's holocron bits but that's a really large segment...not sure how to go about it yet.
  20. I found Disciple un-intentionally hilarious. For example, at first his "You've left me an opening" annoyed the crap out of me. Then it began to amuse me. Then I began to laugh out loud every time he'd say it every second like some kind of machine gun-wav machine. Which is probably why I eventually grew so fond. *chuckle*
  21. Twilight Zone original, for sure. When local stations used to play marations (these days it's Sci-Fi channel I guess) I'd tape 'em all...Rod was a mster. It's like watching 'spot the future famous person' too. Fun stuff.
  22. The Escaped Crimminals Telos Quest is completable without ever going to the planet surface first. Whether this was intentional or not I dunno. Once you see them in the Corp room, you just go back to Grenn and say when you chased them, they fought, you killed them, - he'll say his bit about that matches their vid records and the quest completes, you get a reward, etc. Going to the planet surface first and then going back to Telos to talk to Grenn sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I've never been able to make it so the thugs actually show up on the planet surface. that aspect of the quest is definitely broken, IMO.
  23. That wasn't your influence mod - that was just Disciple. I can turn him into a Jedi the first time I meet him, without ever leaving that ruined Academy room he starts in.
