Special Dialogue Reactions
I just happened to fix this problem this week. We do have many responses that have multiple conditions, but the UI in the beta is only capable of displaying one condition at a time. You'll be able to see all the conditions in the next update.

So modding is a thing now?
The inline help links are automatically added, though this may change in the future. You have to add a string as you did, and you also have to add a GlossaryEntryGameData object in a gamedatabundle, too. A lot of data that used to live in hard-to-access Unity data now lives in these JSON bundles and should be relatively easy to change. The Guids for game data objects (items, abilities, etc) can be found in the gamedatabundle files, as you noted. Guids for Unity objects are hard to access at the moment. The next beta will have the PrintInstance command, which you can use to get an object's Guid from its name. I'm not familiar with those other systems. I don't know what kind of plans we have to provide documentation for modding.

That's a backer beta bug. That range is supposed to correspond to the full map, not the backer beta map.

Weapons and armour merchant
I don't believe there are any other merchants in the current backer beta, but you can cheat yourself items with 'GiveItem '. You can use 'FindGameData ' to help find the names to use.

Running the beta without companions?
If you enable console cheats you should be able to use the ManageParty console command. EDIT: you can also access this UI in the Store interface at the Tikawara Trading Post.

Does Easy Mode have the same enemy composition as Normal Mode like Story Mode has?
Easy has its own encounter compositions. Story Time uses the Normal encounter compositions in the hope that the fights can still feel exciting even though they are not difficult.

Godansthunyr durations unaffected by graze/hit/crit [3.03]
That was quite helpful. This will be fixed in 3.04 (not in the current Beta) - the Stun effect will not always crit and will instead respect the result of the Fort attack.

[2.03] Monk AI - Disruptor/Aggressive
This will be fixed in 3.04 (but not in the current Beta). Party Member AI will never automatically target an enemy that is hidden in the fog of war.

[3.03] Unlabored Blade's Firebug Not Proccing
This willl be fixed 3.04. It applies only to Firebug and Healing Chain on The Unlabored Blade, and to Despondent Blows on St. Ydwen's Redeemer. I was able to get Champion's Boon to cast from Steadfast, and it doesn't have the same data problem the other abilities had - but I'll let QA know.

These will be fixed in 3.04 (and the accuracy penalty from Twinned Arrows should just behave better in general).

This problem will be fixed in 3.04. Corrupted values can't be fixed, but they'll be reset to 0.

Console Commands/Cheats
Hired companions are named "Companion_Generic(Clone)_N" where N is their slot number on your UI bar (0-5).

Snerf's Folly Has Disappeared (Bug)
This problem occurs with this specific ring if collecting a party member who has it in a different scene than they were stored. It will be fixed in 3.03.

You are right, it looks like a separate fix caused another issue with it. Fixed it again for 3.03.

[3.02] Combusting Wounds(CW) seems not proc dmg after hit
This problem will be fixed in 3.03. The effect is supposed to trigger whenever the character is damaged by any attack that has a to-hit roll.
