  1. Just found out this awesome Fire Godlike, that fits one of the In-Game Models. I won't use it but if anybody wants to, I made the Watercolor Version for it : Preview In-Game Model :
  2. I love Ship to Ship text combat. [Yeay yeah, I really do] It doesn't suck, it's just not for you. That's all.

  5. Sluggish Movement : As you walk into mud, your character is slowed. My entire party has this debuff everywhere they go. Save // Load doesn't fix it. Resting doesn't fix it either. Inventory : Probably already said but, sorting items by "type" was in the 1st Game and should be in this one too. Selling all items by Quality ? Like, tickable "Sell All" options . [sell all "Common // Blue // Exceptionnal // Superb" // Etc] Skills : "Immolation" deals something like : 200+ HP of Raw Damage, every 3.0 sec, to the Paladin. Can't use it ! [When Empowered & at high Power Level (around 15)] Enchantments : The Enchantment Page look really bugged. When you enchant an item, the Enchantment List on the Left Side go crazy & do weird stuff for 0.5sec. It moves weirdly & an Icon, that represents something being selected, like an Enchantment Recipe, appears in the middle of the List, where nothing is written.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AI Customization : So I tried to make Aloth to be focused on Self Buffing // Weapon Invocation // & Go Melee. Like this : So the point is that, "Almost All of these Spells are at 0.4sec Casting Time, which makes them to be casted nearly all at once. [Very Quick] So if I wanna make Aloth to Focus on Citzal & Llengrath School, that would give something like : Gain Concentration at the beiginning of a fight > Cast Vital Essence to Gain an Intelligence Inspiration. Once done, Aloth should go to the Next Phase, & start Self Buffing himself. Once Self Buffing phase is done, I wanna make him summon a Weapon. Once the Weapon is here, cast Citzal Martial Spell. (that forbids magic usage) Then you're ready, go Melee. All of this takes a couple of seconds, but the AI System can't handle it at this time Because : As long has I have a "Vital Essence" Spell available, or any other spell, he's going to cast it until he can't.Problem is that Casters "double cast" every single spell, the AI tells them to cast. There's no "Cast this spell ony once", or anything in that vein. So it's kind of unusable at the moment, imo. The System just lacks some things, but I'm sure you already know what. PS : Oh Yeah ! &the "Condition List" is a Gigantic Mess. , it really needs some love in terms of "Sorting & an improved UI Interface". [if Possible ] I hope more Conditions will be added with time, but most especially, an option to set : "The Number of Uses", of any particular spell. So that, once Aloth has casted everything, Self Buffs & Magic Weapon, then he should be going in Melee. That brings me to a required Condition : Once Citzal Martial spell activacted > Attack > Nearest Targer ? [something like that] Anyway, there should be more conditions, beside the current "Spell Only" Condition.
  6. Audio department can probably implement a way to toggle certain voices on//off. I think it's ok, and depends on everybody anyway.
  7. Absolutely, and I almost feel the same about general NPCs. If you play on any other language , that is not "English", it's uncomprehensible. I couldn't follow the beginning of the game, I'm going to restart with every voices down to zero. Because my brain hears English, automatically do the effort to understand it, & I'm trying to read in my mother tongue... I can't keep up personnaly. So, even more so than what you said, I kind of want companions banters & dialogues, the Gods and very important characters to be voiced only, like the first game. Everything else should be muted for me. It's awesome for those who like it, like native speakers but for me I can't. Thanks Obsidian for the effort, it's still a good addition to the game. Maybe I'll turn it back on in my second playthrough.
  8. I'm gonna have to turn every voices down to zero, personnaly. It's terribly distracting, especially when you play in any other language, that is not "English". Gonna restart a playthrough while I can, I can't follow the story with voices. But that's just me.

  10. Yeah, same goes for Godlikes. There are some, but they're pretty rare. Often have to go for Aasimar/Deva, Tiefling, Planewalkers, [etc] & similar google searches, to get something that "feels" close to Godlike.
  11. I noticed that Eternity.net still allows me to Manage my pledges, & that the BIB Badge is still available. It happens that I have 8$ in my pocket right now, and I thought I'd just take it for the Badge & throwing some money at Obsidian. I know the BIB thing is over but, do you think that'll work ?

  13. They will sometimes participate in regular Dialogues, but no "real-time banters". That's ok to me, as it is what they said would happen.
  14. Not really a bug, but : I played through the beta where the goal was only to make all the Ship to Ship Encounters. So I did that, but the "problem" occurs when your Crew is injured. Sometimes they're injured for 18 Days. In the beta, your Ship has 3 or 4 Slots where you can put your Injured Crew for your Surgeon to Heal, while other Injured Crew Members have to wait. So it can be reeeeaaalllyy looooongggg. 18 days to Heal 4 Members, switch over 4 other Injured Members, another 18 days wandering around, so on & so forth. I found myself wandering around & around on the World Map, waiting for these days to pass. You can 't do anything else in the meantime, [because time has to go by] When you set yourself to "chain-fight" those ship to ship encounters, it can take a looonnnng time between two encounters if many Crew Members are Injured. [Around 15-20min+, can't remember] I don't know if you wanna address this, and I wonder if that's because there was not much left to do aside, in the beta, & that we don't have many "Reserved Crew Members" to switch for. But anyway, still had to find a way to make these waiting-days pass by. All I'm saying is that it can break the Game experience quite heavily. Maybe setting a maximum number of days being injured, like a week or so. Or something new to Power-Heal Injured Crew. I don't know, just throwing this here, Give it a try & you'll see what I'm talking about. PS : Beta is uninstalled at the moment, [i'm ready for the Real Deal], but I just thought.... Does resting in an Inn, cures your Ship Crew aswell ? I admitt I didn't think about that, maybe it works ! If so, there's no problem beside mentionning this a little bit more Clearer to the player. Thanks ! Edit : I have to say though, that if you got something like 8 Crew Members Injured for many days, it will cost you something like ~400 Medical Supplies to buy.

  16. It is possible, you just have to buy a Unity License & have some 3D Modelling Skills to create your own shapeshifted form. That's the only way I can think of.
  17. Yeah, I'm curious to know what's their plan for those who backed above the Collector's Edition AND added the Season Pass. [i'm one of them] All those "OR" sounds strange to me, I'm an "AND". & I'm certainly not the only one. I already talked about the DLC Poll's results, where 90%+ of people answered that they want, quote : A Big, Meaty, True Expansion.So these DLCs are announced, they sound cool & everything. But I wouldn't be surprised that a true expansion is still in the book for Obsidian. [i do hope so] For the White March, Feargus said that the mistake was to "Split them into two", not that it was a mistake to do a true expansion. Ok, maybe the entire White March Expansion didn't sold that well, I don't know the numbers. But we all know it was well recieved, and critically acclaimed by those who took it. The whole White March package is a great expansion, we know it, they know it, we answered their poll, they saw it, and we've already paid extra money for what was supposed to be the "Deadfire's Expansion". [Just like we did on Kickstarter for Pillars I] Speculations but : Maybe these smaller DLCs are just an Extension of what was originally in the plan for Deadfire.They can make these happen with a relatively small team, while the rest of the effort is spent on a big true expansion. That would give them an extended period of developpement time, so that they don't have to split it into two parts. Just my guess... Wait & See. Edit : Typos.

  19. Most looking forward : Great Story, Quests, Dialogues, Banters, Relationships. Cool Companions & Characters in General. Cool Fights, Spells, Abilities, etc. Cool Weapons, Armors & Shields. [More Soulbound Items] What I'd like : I hope Crafting & Enchanting is nice, at least, expanded on from what it was in PoE. [Even though I liked it]What I don't want : Playing the Tikawara Arc again...
  20. I thought about Monk // Rogue, with another party member being a Cipher, casting the Reaping Knives spell on it. [Rogue/Cipher doesn't work, (and that's a f**ckin bummer), because as a Cipher you can't cast spells on yourself. Assassin // Soulblade sounds awesome, but not being able to cast Reaping Knives on yourself, is such a waste that I'm sad about it.] Anyway, Pillars Of Eternity introduced that Monks are good with weapons, as good as any other character. So, Monk // Rogue might still be a great combination of Classes. [up to you for the Sub-Class] Reaping Knives Spell at 1:54 in Deadfire : Reaping Knives in Pillars I : I'd like them to go in favor of an Assassin / Soulblade concept, casting Reaping Knives on himself. The Concept is cool, & I'd totally do a Playthrough with that mindset. Edit: Typos & Clarification. [Maybe a Mod can give access to this idea.]
