It's not unusual that news conserning releasedates tend to vary at diffirent sites. I pre-ordered Halo 2 and KotOR II(PC and Xbox) today at www.cdon.com, there the releasedate was stated as december 9th for both the Xbox and PC-versions.

Nice read, thanks for the linkage. While some are considered with what will happen to the droids, i'm taking a more positive route. Whatever happens to them, they're always salvageable. Didn't also MCA state that the droids would have a better focus in TSL than in KotOR?

Hopefully you have to sacrifice your life in favour for someone else/the galaxy. It will give the game the dark undertone that it should deserve (Atleast according to the hype).

You have point that KotOR would've been a whole more interesting if all those options were considered. However, it would've probably become too many variables for Bioware to consider in order to get the game done by summer of 2003 (Xbox, that is.)

Since the devs stated that KotOR II is to KotOR I, is like The Empire Strikes Back is to A New Hope, DS will be better from a gameplay-standpoint.

The whole "I AM your father" or "Revan's revelation"-scenarios will probably not be set in TSL. Somehow, i have a hunch that it will be more like FFX.

I will try to have an openminded opinion as much as possible. TSL will probably not give me the same rush as KotOR did, since i practically knew nothing about the game when i played for the first time.
