I would put an egg-clock on his/her desk and tell him that the emount of time they have sex, they have to work in after regular work-hours. A subtle and nice way to give the right message. I would NOT have a public hearing in front of all the other employees, let alone broadcast it on the television. Whitewater is another matter.
