LoversLab adult alien mods is the only way to play games. No. I just like the aesthetics. It feels very NASA. Also I like that robot companion from the beginning of the game. A lot of the writing is really cringe and bad, but occasionally you find a little gem that is interesting and you'll start to actually like that character. Also I like those big town locations that I have seen so far. They look really nice and do feel somewhat alive. Not as alive as Cyberpunk 2077, but still.. a lot better than in older Bethsoft games. I've installed a bunch of mods already that fix issues and change things I don't like. There are bugs that Bethsoft still didn't fix yet.. and they are in the game since release a couple years ago. This is just so typical Bethsoft. They release something and then move on, not bothering about it anymore, because "the community will fix it" ... just terrible practice all around.

Would like to report, I've used it and tested it in Linux Native version of the game. I needed to create an Override folder and c/p the files into said folder. Now I can't wait to create drug addict build chug some poultice and chew some svef.

@BruceVC As long as the difficulty feels good for you/is what you want. Besides, if it starts to feel too easy with later game progressions, I assume you could just remove some party members then, when you feel like it? I mean, sounds fine to me - like turning up difficulty if a game starts to feel too easy. Back when I was still more - motivated - I remember in BG1, after the first play, every restart I kept removing party members (4 max, then only 2), until I finally tried to solo run it (probably didn't finish but I think I got semi-far) and in MM7 sometimes I'd let party members die and never revived them, heh (had to create four, couldn't tell them to leave). Party members are just difficulty slider options. Edit: and/or strategic challenges

Bros, I have an announcement to make. I have started playing Starfield and I know, this is madness. The writing is Bethsoft level dog poop as usual, the quest design is dog poop as well, it took me a while to get used to the weird visuals, but now it kinda clicked with me. There is a lot in this game that I don't like, pretty much everything I hated in Skyrim and Oblivion and especially Fo3 and 4 already, but still... Somehow I'm in it right now.

I haven't played this game so know nothing specific, but in general terms, I'd say since extra party members are not the intended party size the game encounters "expect" and were designed around, I would put it in the unbalanced modded category - whether you want to call it a "cheat" or not is up to you. And in SP, who cares. Do what is fun for you, imo. I mean, it's fun to alter rules sometimes, whether a little or a lot. Having all companions in FO:NV was pretty much a "win" thing for that game, but it was hilarious. Also, made for a better dance-mod line.

The Pet slot is unlocked with a specific ability (Unlock_Pet_Slot), iirc a script in one of the the prologue conversations give this ability to Eder. There's actually an existing mod that does this more or less: https://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity2/mods/400 (though I think it unlocks the pet slots without taking Can I Pet Him Too into account) I checked and it does it by creating a BaseProgressionTableAppendGameData object that effectively adds the Unlock_Pet_Slot ability to all party members' Ability Trees (though hidden).

True but what I mean by "cheating " is using a hack or mod that unbalances combat so you cant lose or it becomes very easy For example unlimited health And it undermines the core design of the developers because there are limitations for a reason But Kanie do you agree that 7 characters isnt " cheating " because I had 7 characters in P:K Its important that people agree with me because this is a personal principle for me?

Enshrouded updated their graphics, and it looks pretty good. I started a new world on the lighter difficulty, because I think I just like to wander around and rebuild all the cool stuff. The game has come a long way.

I started the main quest after finishing the Shivering Isles, so it was a bit awkward. --- It is amazing how much better the faces look like with the mod. Took 3 attempts to figure out that I could rest and heal the knights who were too keen on getting killed.

Finished original Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Pretty cool, but flawed game. I really enjoyed the setting and an immersive nature of the game. I also liked characters, though felts fairly bored by the plot, especially by the end. In general, I enjoyed it more when the game allowed me to roam free and offered a more freeform way of solving objectives. I really liked the early and mid game, but I felt the game overstayed its welcome. The nature of leveling system means that about halfway through the game, I was an unstoppable force of violence and charisma. Not having to specialize always dampers my enjoyment of an RPG. Also, I also felt that the better my character got the worst the game became. There was something appealing about vagueness of the early game, and once I understand how the game works I was far less invested - gameplay wise, those are not exactly great systems. Still, looking forward to the sequel, though I will take a break from the IP for now. Modded my arcade stick a bit - put in larger actuator and a mid tension spring. I am still getting used to it, and while it didn't solve my most common input fumbles, it made double tapping for dashing and certain specials much much easier due to shorter stick travel distance. Very helpful in SF6. My hand is getting tired again, though, after longer play session.
