  6. Yes, multiple quests must be involved. My issue is for the Disposable Agent one. But others have the same issue with another quest because the two quest givers are the same (Pendergrass and Ormsby), and they've disappeared from both questlines.
  7. Yeah that is the one i meant :) i played druid and that was also good, even in early levels, after that played fighter and that was good too. now i wanted to try cipher, never used that class, not even companion :D But....it feels somewhat...strange. When fighting weak enemies i can hit often it feels nice but when i have to deal with more challenging oponents it starts to feel...somewhat bad? Maybe it changes with more levels and better gear or maybe i am comparing it to druid and fighter too much :D or maybe that class is not for me will give it more time
  8. If with the Watcher boss fight you mean the fight against Maerwald then that's normal: The Fighter is a front loaded class, mostly because of the very good starting values (defenses and accuracy mostly). There's no class that has better ones. On top of that the Fighter also has some very good low level abilities such as Disciplined Barrage which have a really nice impact in the early game. In order to catch up and then outperform a Fighter, most classes need a few (or a few more) levels - especially the caster classes.

  12. Sorry to revive older post but mind sharing some tips for the early game? Not sure if doing something wrong or not but the Watcher boss fight was harder with cipher than with simple fighter XD

  14. For the comps Eder is better as tank, good companions are Zahua, Aloth, Durance, Hiravias and Grieving Mother. Skip Sagani because you are already a Ranger. About talents etc, see a Ranger build in this forum. Best advice come from this forum too and playthroughs on youtube ;)

  18. "Evangelion 30th Anniversary Special Commemorative Showing", or "Asuka + Asuka, Episode 26 + Episode 1", or... I was skeptical for the first few minutes, but I liked it, even with Mari showing up for a few seconds.
  19. Is the right one?.. https://outerworlds2.obsidian.net/issue-tracker#yKoN8dYX-executives-at-achq-cannot-be-found-at-their-office-when-trying-to-turn-in-indisposable-agent-for-hire-ar-130353 Just asking because tracker listing names quest "Indisposable Agent for Hire" (likely a typo of 'Invaluable Disposable Agent'); instead of "Mystery of Mental Modulators". Are multiple quests involving those NPCs affected?
  20. That's been gone through 1515616855311653156156516 times that Ukraine claimed that without actual evidence, let alone proof; and the numbers they claimed barely shifted the dial. The point of the claim was simply to muddy the waters so people would state it as fact. No other reason. Indeed, it's very easy to tell that the vast majority are genuine dead Ukrainians. Ukraine tried to renege on the body swap deal back in June 2025, and was forced to back down when Russia started publicly listing the identification of those they were going to return. Which of course Ukraine objected to, because it'd make it impossible to reject them; and because it generated enough outrage from the relatives that they had to back down. That would hardly work if they were actually all unknown soldiers- and especially would not if they were unidentified Russians. You'd have heard nothing but shouting from the Ukrainian side about how the Russians were publishing false lists and they'd trot out families non stop to complain; all shown in great detail in the western press. Which simply has not happened. They just said it was fake and hoped that would be enough. The whole point of Russia returning them is that Ukraine simply will not pay out benefits for 'missing', only dead, so they have an absolute motive for returning genuine and identifiable bodies. It costs Ukraine a great deal of money.

  22. Again. By the 1515616855311653156156516th time. Is not a reliable metric as RU throws a lot of Russians and say that are Ukrainians, some clearly Buryat, a ethnic group very rare in Ukraine. Visual confirmation, satellite images and reports is much more reliable. ___________ What bugs me is the following. Lavrov understands that USA demands towards Iran are nothing but a pipedream and will probably backfire ( https://www.reuters.com/world/russia-says-it-has-seen-no-evidence-that-iran-was-developing-nuclear-weapons-2026-03-03/ ), yet, with Ukraine, somehow even worse demands. Demanding a much more crippling disarmament, demanding much more cultural impositions, in language, holidays and even street names, demanding the same level of control which a empire has towards a colony but without a costly occupation force, is somehow "essential and justified". Some vatniks even call it generous. It is ridiculous how selectively blind Russians higher ups are... Just like the US would need a very costly occupation and destabilizing occupation to enforce Trump demands, Russia would need a very costly and destabilizing occupation.
  23. Decided to launch the game again on a whim, noting that I had a save that was still in the tutorial dungeon from years back. Made a little bit of progress, tried out the turn-based combat, then quit because I got annoyed that the entire party only got one chance to make an skill check (that is, it only checks once against the highest skill modifier in the party). Someday I may look for a mod to try to resolve that little bugbear.
  24. Wouldn't be all that surprising if Iran already has mined the Straits. Or at least, 'mined' them. There will be a lot of drone type developments at play that will be broadly indistinguishable from 'mines'. Indeed, there are multiple varieties of 'mine' that have very little in common with the classic floating porcupine design. Iran is known to have rocket propelled mines, that are seabed deployed and effective from ~200m depth. The- pretty obvious, to anyone with two brain cells to rub together- negative of sinking Iran's entire navy is that there really isn't any drawback to denying the Straits to everyone in response. It's also pretty obvious to anyone following Ukraine that a country without a conventional navy can still do a lot of damage unconventionally. Shame Trump and Hegseth have to share the same brain cell, really.

  27. Hi all, When talking to Amos, Cleo's pre-recorded voice is absolutely blaring throughout and completely undercuts any dramatic impact the dialogue might have. Is this a bug or intended? It's not possible to hear him without turning background noise off.
  28. it can get a lot worse if iran mine strait of hormuz with big red button within the reach of moron and lunatic one could only hope they are delusional enough to retreat and just say they win
  29. Oil prices at $108 p/b. Gulf countries starting to wind down production as they've run out of storage. Mojtada Khamenei appointed to succeed his father. Absolutely no apparent means to deescalate. Trump must be getting sick of so much pure and unadulterated winning. (Perhaps the only positive is watching hasbara vainly trying to maintain their narrative against a veritable tsunami of anti Trump invective. Well that and all the people poking fun at Operation Epic/Epstein/AIPAC Fur(r)y)

  32. Split screen would get families to buy and play the game together, the new bug idea is a sticking that the armor decreases bug detection range when wearing the full set, and the archetype is a support class that there are weapons and armor that can increase attack speed, health, damage, and heal your buggies and other players and some of the armor would make the bugs want to target you less
  33. Really enjoyed the first Grounded. That said, this version you've got going here is great so far with the exception of the constant orc attacks early on in the game while I'm trying to level up. Right after I got my ant buggy Miss Snotty hacks my device and after that it seems like every two days a load of ORCS invades my camp or attacks me wherever I am. The invasion is VERY tough to fight as a new "whimpy" character, and I die way too much to make it enjoyable. When the game first came out, I made it as far as the Stranger and fought her. Her spider poisoned me through 90% of the battle and made it impossible to heal quicker than I was dying. I'm playing on Relaxed mode as I'm an explorer, not a great fighter. The blocking mechanic of the game has always been a real challenge for me, even in the first game. Therefore, I think the relaxed version of the game should be quite a bit easier than normal or nightmare. Also, I was attacked by a HUGE scorpion while I was at my first base and had to hide in the outpost until it left. I think being close to the starting base should be relatively safe and the further you venture out should get increasingly more difficult. Hoping you don't keep this content of constant Bullying by the Stranger and her ORCS in the game. Ticking off the groups of bugs in the first one and fending off an attack by normal bugs was annoying, but acceptable. Just keep in mind that some people still play games for the adventure and the fun, not the extremely difficult fighting and dying. Would appreciate some consideration on this issue. Thanks
  34. "Do you want to know more? (about this character)" Yes. (takes place after Once Upon A time in Hollywood) Tarantino/script, Fincher/director. DiCaprio, not involved. I read it'll have a limited theater release/Netflix.
  35. A nice, quiet change of pace to see him in. Although of course it's hard for my brain to not immediately move towards certain meme-jokes. Ahem. But it was nice mellow vid - several of them at this point. Not sure how he got latched onto this project, but, cool.

  38. Every war in the ME and event that causes instability causes a temporary increase in the oil price and then once the war is over the oil prices stabilizes and drops This happens every single time because of risk sentiment, speculation and supply chain issues like Iran closing the Straits of Hormuz The oil price doubled during the First Gulf War Here is a link that highlights the most significant events in the ME that create this oil price increase. This will only benefit Russia temporarily because the current oil price levels will drop back to levels before this latest conflict because the fundamentals of oil supply and demand havent changed InvestopediaHistory of Oil PricesA history of the major moves in oil prices including the Arab oil embargo, First Gulf War, 2008 financial crisis, and 2020 crisis. " First Gulf War In August 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait, sending the price of oil soaring from about $65 per barrel to over $90 by the next month. After a U.S.-led military coalition succeeded in removing Saddam Hussein's Iraqi forces from Kuwait in early 1991, the price fell to about $44.94 Macrotrends.
