Birthday Party Porn is probably a genre that exists... And potentially lands you in jail.

Adults also have Birthday parties :ermm:

I stopped celebrating birthday parties in my late teens as did all my friends, so that's my point of reference.

The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder.

What? You thought it was a quote from some well known wise guy from the past?

Stupidity leads to willful ignorance - willful ignorance leads to hope - hope leads to sex - and that is how a new generation of fools is born!

I'm the enemy, 'cause I like to think, I like to read. I'm into freedom of speech, and freedom of choice. I'm the kinda guy that likes to sit in a greasy spoon and wonder, "Gee, should I have the T-bone steak or the jumbo rack of barbecue ribs with the side-order of gravy fries?" I want high cholesterol! I wanna eat bacon, and butter, and buckets of cheese, okay?! I wanna smoke a Cuban cigar the size of Cincinnati in the non-smoking section! I wanna run naked through the street, with green Jell-O all over my body, reading Playboy magazine. Why? Because I suddenly may feel the need to, okay, pal? I've SEEN the future. Do you know what it is? It's a 47-year-old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing "I'm an Oscar Meyer Wiene"

I don't think any self respecting American would apply for modern slavery, nor stand for it.

I'd say the answer to that question is kind of like the answer to "who's the sucker in this poker game?"*

well, its true! in the 70s in germany, germans were not too keen on doing certain jobs so immigrants took them. today in greece many people are unemployed not because there are no jobs but because they dont like the jobs available.

of course there is always the other side of the coin. there are many jobs that locals want to do but immigrants (and especially illegal immigrants) will do for much less. illegal immigrants are actually the best option for any boss since they can't ask for any work rights because they can't go to any authority to complain or they risk deportation.

When trying to explain British Panto to Americans...

It's classic fairytales, told on stage to audiences of children, with cross-dressing men, and full of innuendos and dirty jokes. But it's all good clean fun...

Picking jobs are typically dreadful- seldom near accommodation so often labour ends up living in caravans being gouged by their employers, they tend to be volume rated rather than on an hourly rate so you end up working for $2 an hour while learning, and it's hard work in blazing sun, cold wind or rain- or alternatively you don't get paid because it's raining. All that is partly due to dodgy owners running down conditions and targeting vulnerable people as workers though.

Having said that, the picking/ packing job I had in Britain was just about perfect for when I was doing my OE since they valued reliability more than cheapness so paid hourly, and had decent conditions. Still, they got accused of favouring their Bulgarian and Ukrainian import labour over locals when the season was wrapping and they had to lay off staff, but the truth was a lot of the local labour was awful and considered themselves far too good to work there, only doing it because they'd lose the dole if they didn't.

If the foreign works are on legal visas I'm not surprised they would dump the local work, who in theory could find other jobs.
