That's not the important part, if recall asking him 'I assume you two know each other' and the guy says that Carth and him served in the milita on Telos. I think that these guys are in the Telos Milita.

If only he were carrying a double bladed vibrosword... I respect Marl because he was always the hardest to kill in the dueling ring...though that isn't saying much.

I mean think of some of the armies of the countries on earth. Actual military garb, does the US Army uniform look drastically different than the Canadian army uniform? Color differences and slight differences in helmet, but overall pretty similar. So why's it such a big deal if (and it's not even certain that that armor will be in the final KOTOR2 product) that armor and the Republic armor looks similar, except for the color?
