i believe 7 is adressed in .05 'Fixed issues where companions could lose their items when assigned to the stronghold.'

PIllars of eternty (Hard) 1st playtrough: 155h, 38 m (main Ranger with bear(bow), Eder, Durance(off tank), Hirvais(off tank), Kana(ranged), Aloth/GM)
PIllars of eternty (PtoD) 2nd playtrough: 88h 30 m (main Bleak Walker Paladin, Eder, Barbarian, Monk, Rogue (ranged) Cypher(wand)
(not counting reloads and experimenting)
status i love the game, hate the bugs, and wish for better AI and Pathfinding

I was not sure, I asked if they were the same issue but have not had confirmation yet.

 

Lets hope so, then there will only be 8 major bugs unaddressed...... :p

Apparently something was fixed with Reckless Assault in patch 1.03:

 

  • Restored modal flag for Reckless Assault.

there is also one with paladin aura affecting the whole map
