Quality in a game is something very subjective and entirly dependant on what elements you like about a game. I, for one. Do not care about Bugs or polish. Never did. I don't really like the Polish either. And I am wary of Greeks, especially when they are bearing gifts. It's a great open-world game that would completely overshadow Gothic 3 if the faction system would be better worked out. I played it with no crashes, slowdowns, or any big time obvious bugs.. It was no mess not even close. So.. the 'fact' that it was a buggy mess isn't really a 'fact', right? Right. Goldeneye was arguably the best game ever released on the Nintendo 64. Alien 3 was really good on the Super Nintendo. A few (though not all) of the Lucas Arts Indiana Jones games were supposed to be good quality as was X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter. And the Lego Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Harry Potter games have also received a fair bit of praise. They do exist they're just few and far between. But then it's a game launched at the same time as the movie that's based on the game. PoP has gone through waaaaay too many reboots.
