My computer just barely meets the minimum specs in most categories. I was playing the second UEF mission at -10 speed and 2FPS thanks to the auto-speed scaling. You can't put the manual for games like Baldur's Gate, Civilizations IV, or anything like those heavy manuals, but the vast majority of games have manuals no bigger than you see in your typical console release.
