Also, weighing the merits of capital punishment, now that Saddam is to be hanged. He certainly earned it, but hell, hanging just seems backwards. Not only is it "inhumane" by some standards, but if it's a public execution will turn this quasi-murder into a spectacle. Ignoring the spectacle of the trial, of course.
