Assignable MOVEMENT
Hello! I am that kind of player who likes to play with a gamepad controller. On PC it is possible to play with a controller, but it needs a little extra. It could be really helpful if the CHARACTER MOVEMENTS could be assignable in the keymapping menu. Just the most necessary things: move UP, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT. The auto following camera is an already helpful perfect addition for this kind of gameplay. What do you think, are the assignable movement commands doable?

We Need Full Screen Support with Resolution Option
Hi, I was excited to play Avowed on both my PC and Xbox Series X but was disappointed to find out that the game doesn't support full screen with resolution options on PC. This is a kind of game that just plays better with mouse and keyboard. I have a fairly powerful PC (Ryzen 5, 7800 XT, 48GB RAM) but I got it connected to my 43" 4k gaming TV. The game by default in full screen runs in 4k as it's my obvious chosen Windows resolution. I do not support nor do I like upscalers as it makes the games ugly with all the visual artifacts, so I tend to run my games in native resolution (usually at 1440p). At the moment the game runs at a terrible 35-45fps in the locked 4k state. A simple resolution option will fix this issue just like all the other 99% of games, especially from a AAA stand point. Yes, I know I can change the internal resolution but why must I for just one program? Yes, FSR is there but I'll rather suffer the lost frames instead. But a simple resolution switch with borderless/fullscreen mode will fix this problem for thousands of gamers out there. Much obliged, an Obsidian fan.

Neutral Insects for those who want some combat
It would be nice to be able to make the hostile bugs neutral instead of totally ignorant of your existence. It would also make it easier to fight antlions as they immediately burrow back under the sand after digging them up

In need of restoring default settings
After screwing around with the settings over the past few weeks, I have entirely forgotten their original values. How can I get back to the original settings for the PC version? Thanks!

Weird Camera and Item-Cursor Acceleration
Hi, i just started with Pillars 2 and encountered two weird control behaviours which i cannot disable in the settings (at least i have not found an option for that): The camera movement has a weird acceleration / deceleration. I would expect it to have exactly one speed (which is adjustable in the settings) which starts and stops abrupt with "touching" the boundaries with the cursor or hitting one of the camera keys. The mouse cursor moves just as expected with my mouse movements, except from when having an item in the inventory attached to the cursor. It suffers from massive lags and its hard to organise the inventory or change equipment. Are these two behaviours intended or "real" problems? I can remember having a similar issues with other games where i had to tweak some .INI files or something like that. Best regards Yahku Edit: After proceeding now, it seems that the inventory lag was only in the intro (when the pirates attacked).

Cannot disable Expert Mode, please help! [PS4]
Hi there! So I started up Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition on PS4, I created an elf character, selected Expert Mode, and was playing as her for a bit when I noticed some unpleasant differences compared to my other character, and checked out the options to see exactly what was different. Upon realizing that Expert Mode disables the ability to see what reputation changes happen depending on dialogue choice, I wanted to disable it! The problem, is that I can find aaaaabsolutely no way to do so. I cannot press the 'Expert Mode' button, pressing any button while over the 'Expert Mode' button does zilch, restarting the game does not help, trying to tick the different "helper" features does nothing, changing the difficulty does nothing, etc. Can anybody PLEASE help? I was under the impression you could DISable it, but could not ENable it! Am I just being stupid?

Binding Multiple Actions to the Same Key
I'm trying to bind multiple actions to one key. In this screenshot you can see that by default multiple actions are set to Mouse 0 (left click) but when I try to do something similar like adding panning the camera to left click I only have the option to unbind everything else. Is there something I'm missing or a button I need to hold down to let me bind multiple actions to the same key? Thanks in advance!

Grim Feel & Effects
Hail there... I would like to endorse the team for the general quality of the game. Really nice job, after so many years there is truly an old-flavour game out. In this post I'll outline/mention only 1 general drawback I witness. The general feeling of the game is a very nice blend of fantasy and grim-dark setting. At least to me (and with no spoiler reading so far) . Without having a kickstarter initial pledge, I got the chambion pack just to endorse the game. You have included several settings in the game for hardcore gamers (less feedback options etc.) . Also you made the game truly playable by old PCs. Nice. Why there isn't an option at least...to remove magic-enhancement weapon effects though? I mean...you've included even a humour effect option for big heads. Can't be so difficult to remove some of these high glamour effects from enhancements....that even my 5th level character can craft on simple weapons! I am wielding just a 1st tier enhanced weapon (flaming, slaying whatever) and I get the feeling I am wielding Elric's Stormbringer or Excalibur or something....apart from Graphics burden things...it's also unfitting I think to the rest of the game's touch. When and if I truly find Excalibur in game....how visualy is this going to differ from the rest....of the gear? A suppress "common" enhancements option, I think would be a nice addition. P.S when does a DLC with more..."manly"...companions comes out? Like you know old classic stuff legends. A classic dwarf warrior. A female necromancer. A barbarian. A little more....adult flavour companion stories.

setting to reduce gore
Hi there, I was wondering if there is a setting (or mod) to turn off the gore (i.e. flying hams) and reduce the amount of blood splatting around. Some folks would appreciate this, I'm sure. Thanks.

Any way to turn dialogue voices down/off but leave barks?
I really enjoy the movement/command barks, but I find that there's too much voice acting in the dialogues. I prefer to read them at my own pace and with my own voices (a la Planescape: Torment). Also not too keen on some of the voice acting. Any way I could turn the dialogue voice work off while leaving the barks? Anyone made a mod to do something like this?

Graphic Settings?
Hi, I have been playing for about 15-20 minutes and I am experiencing low frame rates. I first noticed it during the character creation menu, my laptop usually gets these on most games but lowering the graphics settings usually fixes the problem. The game looks fantastic, but that's what is slowing down my game and I can't seem to find any useful graphics options anywhere, other than vsync and the resolution. Is there any way to tone down the graphics to up my frame rate? Or I am stuck in low fps? Thanks to anyone who can help.

[Proposal] Adjustable dialogue text length
I'm going to leave here a suggestion, that I'd love to see implemented, TEXT LENGTH ADJUSTABLE. Which means that you can choose either a short "TL;DR" version of the dialogue, or an expanded version
