  1. 400 characters is an amazing amount. Just like 77 characters, because I got my things said.

  2. I've always liked being a "zen paladin". Is that a cliche?
  3. Exact same reaction. Awesome squared.
  4. Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, definetly.
  5. That was some Korean-made fan video, the guy just talked over it.
  6. Don't bother with fan patches. My original Thief: Dark Project works fine with the original patch. And updated textures, which you can find from that same thread, iirc. Just check the thread if the games won't start. Often you don't even need any fanmade files, just twidling with user.ini. or dark.ini. Only if you wish to play fan missions, which there are a lot (talking 700+ here), you'll need special fanmade stuff. PM me if you need any further help. Getting into fanmission is totally worth the effort.
  7. Which is why satellite is so popular here. Ahem. If tops are the rule, my summer started in April. During that 3-day heat phase, if you remember.
  8. Exams...over! Summer...start!
  9. I have the HELP! movie. I agree. The Beatles - Help! Too bad about the song though.
  10. I remember when there was talk about Bioshock on the dead ISA boards. I'm pretty sure that Ayn Rand is going to get a lot of dirt on her proverbial pack. Failed utopias and all.
  11. Starcraft 2 Black Mesa:Source Overlord Lair TLJ Chronicles Halo 3 Mercenaries 2 That Jerusalem parkour assassin game
  12. You should, definetly. The athmosphere and narrative, and especially gameplay, of both games has withstood the test of time admirably. Get ready for sprawling, massive levels and weird, steampunk-hued dark fantasy and practically a robbing simulator. Sorry for the ad campaign speech, but they really are that good.
  13. I see your ME and raise you Okami. Hell, I raise you Homeworld 2, just by art direction.
  14. Yes, yes, YES!
  15. I can heard Sgt Pepper's... playing in the lobby.
  16. It's translated? AWESOME
  17. Aha, my allusion was spotted. That list is worth it's kilobytic weight in gold. Which is, relatively, quite a lot. Also, pumpkinheads ftw.
  18. I will attend the English Philology entrance exams for Tampere University's section of Humanistic Sciences tomorrow. That said, I could play some Two Thrones, now that my folks are away. It's not like linguistics is difficult. I hope.
  19. It is a testament to the fun I've had with the game that I bared with fps issues trhough the first chapter.
  20. The game was so slow on my computer that I had to keep my viewpoint on the ground through the first chapter. Then I realised that dropping the amount of shadows objects and creatures can emit significantly boosts performance. And I gave up on trying to always use 1184x resolution with everything. Now it runs just fine on my Athlon 2100+ with a gig of RAM and Geforce 6 600. Just fine.
  21. Ok, Levine just became even more awesome. I had wholly forgotten who did what, except that almost everyone was designing levels. Sweatshop-mentality on the go. Thanks, Morgy.
  22. Funnily enough, that the exact same thing that crossed my mind. I have yet to see the trailer, but I will, once I get home.
  23. Wait, who was the main lead in the original Thief: The Dark Project again? Anyone remember? I don't have the credits at hand right now(not home).
