  1. Starcraft ost Sweet.
  2. The combat actually sounds a bit like Mass Effect, which isn't exactly a bad thing.
  3. ETOS - Nightwind's Lullaby
  4. I've bene watching Band of Brothers The Bastogne episode was awesome.
  5. That's me, yeah.
  6. Your memory serves you right, I'm much prettier. I linked that image because it was only one I had in hand.
  7. I'm starting Fallout Tactics now. Gonna be sweet, a stealth build.
  8. Yeah, one can't be expected to remember everything when bigger things like godhood and booty are concerned.
  9. Chapter 11 of Claymore came out yesterday. And I was swiftly assured that it has depth in bounds and heaps. Hell, I started watching it for face value things like...well, claymores, but this creeping turn of events where the plot started to thicken with each episode...it is glorious. If anyone has yet to watch it, do it now.
  10. Alamaailman Vasarat - Astiatehdas
  11. How I understood it, was that "action points" are just label given to points you can use for targeted shots in paused time, sort of like mana. How that is in any way sensible, is beyond me.
  12. I wish I could upload this picture somewhere, but I just don't have the capabilities right now: http://irc-galleria.net/view.php?nick=Luca...age_id=60866929 Me and friends on Rholben, Monmouthshire.
  13. I like FMP, even have the whole series on DVD. Been considering getting the second series, have you watched it? I briefly watched the Second Raid before starting from the beginning and I have to say it wasn't all that wonderful. Especially the enemies were sub-par. However, it is very similar to the first season in that the humour, relationships and robot action keep the expected quality, so fans of the first seasons should be satisfied(using "fan" as a very loose term here). I didn't see enough to justify any comments about the story. As for Fumoffu, I watched one episode, almost fell backwards laughing, but decided to stay watching it after I've seen the first season. It is almost pure humour however, and should really be watched and rate separately from the actual plot.
  14. Not many would call that actually playing. To each their own, again. I just finished another mod for HL 2. This time it was about 3 hour trek in the boots of Cpl. Adrian Shephard. The plot itself is fairly stupid, telling how Shephard was supposedly the one who prior to HL 2 events unleashed antlion upon the world as some kind of countermeasure for combine. Blah, there was no plot to speak, but you were sort of dragged through levels that had hardly anything to do with each other(the credits hinted that parts of them were actually recycled dm_ missions) and finally thrown to the Citadel to unlock some kind of neregy field keeping the antlions out of the world. Why they hadn't actually buried out by themselves was a mystery to me, but whatever. Level design, however, was great and several levels had a nice use of space, not to mention themes that actually fit the HL 2 milieu and were still original in the context, like the ex-Soviet Nuclear Sub Base which was chockfull of zombines and the whole wintry theme that pervaded the three early episodes. Refreshing, although the actualy snow texture looked like recolored sand or rock. I was too busy shooting to notice it all that often though. Voice acting was subpar, especially since the modders decided to use the old HL 2 characters instead of making a bunch of new ones whose voices would be justified. Now G-Man, Kleiner and folks just sounded akward. Funny thing, this mod had a huge team and didn't entertainn me all that much, while the Ravenholm mod sported a couple of slavs and made a superbly compelling experience, even though they used the same thematic elements the original Ravenholm chapter did, with the exception of Combine presence in the town in the form of nasty ambushes.
  15. It's always either Full Metal Alchemist, Azumangah or FLCL(or all of them), isn't it? I got back to Full Metal Panic, since I noticed that the characters are actually rather compelling. I used to dislike the series a lot for the goddamn ubiqutous school theme, but the series is really getting into me.
  16. "loin-grinding" is the word of the day
  17. My approach to romances in games, particularly IE games, has always been of achievement rather than some kind of bond to the character. I get annoyed if I can not solve the "puzzle" of some romancing character's personality.
  18. On this our minds are not in conflict, bonded one.
  19. That must have been quite an effort.
  20. Colonialism: Total War would be at the top of my TW wishlist, right after China:Total War or perhaps Khan:Total War.
