  1. Couldn't find Kingston Wall's second from any of the local stores, bugger. Amorphis - I of Crimson Blood
  2. Am I the only one who finds this to be the height of internet entertainment?
  3. Does that mean Sonic will be able to have a romance with Tails? Don't. Just don't, ok?
  4. Pardon me.
  5. Miyashita
  6. What are we then? Fractions of your fragemented consciousness? oh....wait...nevermind.
  7. Nile - The Essential Salts *sob* so good
  8. I was so hyped with how the story was going and started to read the manga. It's pretty awesome so far.
  9. Ah, probably mutants. No problem there, if Fallout 2 "tactics" apply. I'll just invest in heavy weapons skills with the next level ups.
  10. What happens then?
  11. Is Civilization 4 really that good? I admit, I've only played Colonization and Alpha Centauri, of games corresponding to that design(or should I say genre?).
  12. I'm still only at the commencement of the Fallout Tactics campaign. The mission is to liberate the city of Quincy from Beastlords and it is proving delightfully combat-lite when compared to the previous mission which was pretty much just my medic running around with a shotgun, killing a ton of roaches. Deathclaws are hellishly hard by the way. At least, hellishly hard when compared to raiders. And it's not like any creature in the game can't be defeated by breaking it's limbs and then blinding it, no matter how many tons of hitpoints it has. So far, a fun game.
  13. Jesus, I'll be waiting for this. Although Olyphant is missing the skull shape of 47, otherwise the design seems pretty spot on.
  14. Tyler Bates - Cursed by Beauty 300 ost
  15. If it flaps, don't open the package.
  16. w00t, Zevon! Warren Zevon - Roland the headless Thompson gunner
  17. It is a major part, but hardly any adventures actually retire until the campaign becomes boring/too hard/whatever for the players, so the actual mechanic is hardly ever realised. 9th level spells are reserved for epic campaings usually and there the characters have often already managed to fool death and old age. Lichdom for instance.
  18. Yeah, it could be Relic. They have people for a couple teams and iirc only one game in the pipe.
  19. Amorphis - Weawing the incantation New Amorphis! Sounds a lot more like Tuonela than Eclipse, which in itself is not a bad thing. There's some unexplainable resemblance to something which I just can't grasp right now. It's bothering me though.
  20. Witch! Witch! Burn the witch!
  21. Your Geforce is toast, welcome to the club. That fragmentation and stretching is definetly from overheating. I had a similar issue and it was solved only when I acquired a new 3d accelerator.
  22. I don't know, maybe if on a different tactical scale. What I meant that this kind of strategic gameplay is like custom-fit for handhelds. I know, I should have rephrased. I don't think it would sell on PC or Xbox, but on PS2, why not?
  23. This is a massive spoiler as well. FEAR's combat is near-excellent, but it relied too heavily on the little girl to deliver the scares. Truth to be told, she was portrayed a million times scarier in the promotion materials than in the actual game. A decent game all in all, but the initial press releases and such way back then made the game appear as something vastly different. I thought I would be facing various paranormal activities, sort of like a conventional ghosbusters fps, but instead get a freaking clone army and a Sadako-wannabe.
  24. On any other platform it wouldn't sell, but on handhelds I expect things to come around bit different, since, besides ****ty license games, the platform is known for strategy and puzzlers.
