Anyone know of a pre-order that allows me to get Kotor II before it comes out in stores??

I dont care about the pesimists opinion on KotOR II because it seems there are more people who enjoyed it then those that didn't, not to mention several well known web sites and magazines have all given KotOR II good ratings. Some even think it is better than KotOR I! That is what makes me want to buy the game.

Probably doesn't have to take place any number of years depending on who you are going to play as in KotOR III, if it is a new character than probably they only need to make it 2 years at most not even that. However, if they make it like Final Fantasy VIII where you sort of had two main characters....and those two characters where Revan and the Exile then perhaps it could be directly after KotOR II, . note: I know that may not seem like a spoiler but if I didn't blacken the text then people who dont want the game spoiled could possibly infer something about the plot from the paragraph preceding it.

But can you also build your lightsaber, or is there something special you have to do at Dantooine?

Does it cost a force point to learn it or is it free?

I heard that in KotOR II you can learn feats/force powers from certain characters in the game, is this true?? If so does it cost feat/force points or is it free? Furthermore, can someone list all the areas/people you can do this with and what feats/powers they teach you?

Both. They both got punked out by Jedi. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True, but they both had killed many jedi before hand.

Have you guys played Diablo II or Dungeon Siege multiplayer....they are so fun, why shouldn't KotOR take advantage???!!!

Yeah well other feats made me think that they where 2 diff things so I just had to ask.

So true, Darth Maul supposedly spent alot of time training and making his saber staff but now 1 in every 3 jedi have one making its uniqueness dissapear, so I switch to the classic single bladed saber which the great Darth Tyranus and Anakin Skywalker can wield with great prowess making it seem that the single is the best of all options! I like a single lightsaber with a cyan blade....and if it where possible my saber would have a curved hilt like Dooku's. However, KotOR II makes it so that a double-bladed or duel sabers are the best option because they allow the Jedi Weap Master to learn Superior Two Weapon Fighting and not Sup Dueling as well......so sad.

I was curious, does the increase melee damage feats that the Jedi Weapons Master has increase the damage of lightsabers as well as melee weapons or is it melee weapons only??

Forgot to also ask if there where any Superior Jedi Defense feats as well.

I was looking at the feat list for KotOR II at Game Banshee and noticed that there was Superior Two weapon Fighting feats and Superior Lightsaber Weapon Focus Feats but the list didn't show a Superior Dueling Feat so it begs me to ask those who have played the game "Is there superior dueling feats??" I only ask this cause it seems logical to have them along side the Superior Two weapon Fighting Feats. Perhaps maybe the Superior Dueling feats aren't called " Superior Dueling" if so please tell me what they are called.

A buggy game can always be fixed by a patch, however what I would perfer would be a delay of both versions untill the bugs are fixed.

What was wrong with the Half Life 2 ending...made plenty of sense to me...especially if you payed attention to the beggining sequence right before the train station.

Most likely what you saw in those screenshots where cheat codes used by the devs to test the game out. KotOR I had screenshots that where similar, for instance I remember one where a jedi wielding two lightsabers was fighting off a group of rackgouls.

I am with you....how could someone consider a fictional creation to be real????? The only thing even close to "the force" is buddism(sry if I spealt that wrong).

How so? It seems to me that the fault lay with only one person: Anakin. He made the choice, if anything the only thing Obi-Wan did wrong was to do his master qui-gon's will and train Anakin, not something you can really blaim a loyal padawan for doing.
