I'm at the beginning and only the little girl in the Temple of Eothas' ruins mentioned my weird head. @xrogaan: But it's specifically said in the lore that Godlike (especially Death ones) are weird/special. So I think we should have more reactivity (if there really isn't more later on).

And the buffs sometimes remain too, I think (from the inn). Not sure though, I'd have to check again.

Been having a blast for around 12 hours (on normal). I think I'm getting the hang of the combat. The basics at least :D And I love the worldbuilding, characters and the plot looks alright till now. Makes me curious for more.

I know they have entries in the in-game encyclopedia, but you're probably looking for percentages and stuff like that? I don't know if they're mentioned in those entries.

Just wanted to say this. For my first playthrough, I'll play blind (or almost blind, when I'm around here). Sitched off all of the meta-gaming options, so I don't know what I "should have/could have" done. Will have them on for a consequent playthrough.

I think I'm always using drag and drop. Getting by fine on normal till now.

So I made my Cipher an Orlan Deadlike (and used a normal Orlan portrait since it didn't have the Horned Head I chose :D). I'm actually a bit disappointed people haven't been more scared of me yet...maybe that's still to come?

It could be the room which is down in the basement, where you (possibly) came in from the sewers. Just tried opening it and said I didn't have the right key.

I'm managing pretty well on Normal difficulty, didn't know how to so I hired a Paladin . Got a five people party now and . I'm really enjoying myself, the game is awesome.

As I said before, I suck at tactical fights. So I'll start on normal and go down to Easy if I need to.

Yeah, I'm going with the Cypher as my main for the first playthrough as well. Just thinking about what kind of party constellation I should have, but I'll play on Normal/Easy anyway, so everything should be okay. Though I'm interested in the possible interactions/combos between my Character and the Grieving Mother (the Cypher companion). Since Sensuki said a melee build can be considered for a Cypher, is it possible to have her skilled like that? My MC will surely be a caster. Less than 5 hours to go.

And you guys just noticed this now? =( I still want my Godlike Cypher to kick some ass (or rip some souls) :D

Yes, that should be it. I also got the strategy guide and the expansion as add-ons, so they will be available at the backer portal.

Can we preload the game on GOG too, pretty please?! Just redeemed my key, can't wait to play the game! Oh. And here I was thinking Steam users would be able to play the game already. No problem then (well, almost none. They can still go at it right away, while my game is still downloading from GOG )

Nice thread! People should always try to be constructive in their criticism and not attack anybody personally. Also, they should keep in mind that their opinion is not the end-all be-all. And that this ain't the end of the world. Should help them calm down a bit. .....argh, who am I kidding? This is the internet. Still, would be nice if people reminded themselves they're talking to other people now and then.
