WoW Armory
I'm close to my WoW character, but I don't really call him my guy. We are just friends with benefits.

Xbox 360 Reloaded
I got CoD4...for the PC and the 360. I might hold on to both considering I have different groups that play on each one. I don't know, it's either that or trade one in for Kane and Lynch. I'd really like to play Kane and Lynch with our crew. I think it would be awesome.

Sequels you wish were being made
Well, Ultima Online is still around, as is EQ. MMO's don't seem to die easily. I'd say WoW has at least 5 years left as a major MMO.

What you did today
I think you made the right decision Wals. Also, if she didn't find that hilarious, then she's lame.

NHL
Last night I was at the hockey rink and they were doing a radio show with Jamie Baker (the one who scored the upset goal for the Sharks against Detroit so many years ago.) The Sharks had just lost 4-2 to Anaheim, and I asked him on the air who I think they will replace Ron Wilson with as coach. He gave a pretty good answer, basically stating that who has more experience that doesn't have a job right now?

Pictures of your games
My guess is Oblivion.

Mass Effect
Wow, I hooked up with both of them...at the same time! That's the closest I'll ever get to a threesome for $50.

NHL
I read about it earlier, but it was a good show by Crosby. He definitely fights better than Gretzky. He got one real solid shot in.

Merry Christmas, Guys!
Happy Holidays! Remember to fatten up for the cold months.

Xbox 360 Reloaded
I've never noticed the noise. In fact I've forgotten to turn it off a few times after watching a movie because it's quiet. I'm hoping to have Assassin's Creed after Christmas. Other than that, I'll be on vacation for two weeks starting today, so I'll try to make myself available for a bit o' Live action.

What are you playing now?
A student gave me Command and Conquer 3 for Christmas. I'm pretty sure I work at the best school ever. His dad works at EA, so hopefully it wasn't too much. Despite being sired by an EA employee, he doesn't have horns or a forked tail, so the Evil Empire stuff might be a bit exaggerated. It's pretty cool so far, definitely causing me to reminisce about my High School days playing the first one and Red Alert. I love the cheesy live action sequences. It seems as if Kane is the only one actually acting in them, everyone else is like "how did my agent convince me to do this?"

Movie execs are insane
Is the alien supposed to be devoid of emotion and go "whoa" a lot? Because Reaves is the best in the business there.

Kingdom Hearts
Hmm, you know, if most of the world digs something and you are part of a small minority that doesn't, maybe YOU are the one that needs to examine your tastes. I mean seriously, Disney and Harry Potter? It's fine to say "not my cup o' tea" or even "I've outgrown such things" but calling them crap is pretty ridiculous.

Peter Jackson to produce two Hobbit movies
Bruce Campbell is one of my favorite people ever, but I'm not sure how he'd fit into Middle Earth.

NHL
I'm impressed with the way the Islanders organization is handling the incident. They are basically sending him to counseling and making it very clear how against his actions they are. It's supportive of the player and stern at the same time.

Zero Punctuation - Yahtzee reviews
He's made it pretty clear RPG's aren't his bag. I don't see why you would fault a person for voicing their personal tastes. I wish I made money voicing my opinion.

The Music Thread
I've been listening to a lot of Beck and Damien Rice.

Mass Effect
Achievements grow hair on your chest. I did skip the shady quests, but I suppose I'll need to go back and finish them if I want completion.

Peter Jackson to produce two Hobbit movies
A sequel to the Hobbit sounds a bit odd, but I am excited to hear this. The guy who played Bilbo in the trilogy might be able to fill the role, although he is up there in the years. He's a good actor, I really liked him in that Jack the Ripper flick (From Hell?)

Mass Effect
Heh, the Towers of Hanoi puzzle was in Noveria in the generator core. All Therum had was get combat in the ruins. I really expected a cool boss fight with a Krogan in Therum. I thought there might be some decent banter, since I had Wrex in my party. It was fairly disappointing.

2008 is gonna be a lame year for games.
Seconded, that would be a bit of a blunder. Prince Henry for teh win!

Mass Effect
Just finished and I loved it. It said I had about 31 hours of playtime, but I feel like I put more in. I was at level 48 at the end, and I feel like I should go back to a previous save just to get the level 50 acheivement. I played Engineer on casual and the combat was a breeze, but I don't really play these games for the combat. I also kept Wrex with me pretty much from where he joins up, but I didn't get the Krogan ally acheivement. I don't get it, but I enjoyed Wrex more than anyone so no biggie. He's like Eyeore (donkey in winnie the pooh) with a gun. I might be willing to replay as renegade with a different party, there seemed like enough different choices to warrant it.

Sequels you wish were being made
We should see it by 2020 then.

Xbox 360
I've never seen the need for a battery recharge thing, the controller lasts for a very long time on regular batteries. I don't know how big it is, but I remember you said you lack space, so it might not be necessary. I suppose it's eco-friendly The keypad might be nice, it's a pain to pick out a message, although with a headset it's pretty easy to just send a quick recording to anyone online. There really isn't any use I could imagine for a keypad other than messaging people. You can also network your PC and send messages to people on Xbox live using your PC, although I've yet to test it.
