These gloves are a random loot. you get different stuff everytime wherever you found it. Also loot is generated when you first load an area, so reloading proves nothing. I didnt find them in my current game, so need 10 hard points in mechanics on my wizard.

NVIDIA shield is android based. On the other hand if I get a windows 8.1 tablet, it should definitely work ... I just wont get either.

You can just start with PoE, its right on par with those older games. Though theres a chance you wont like it if you've not played any of the older ones.

Use a AoE CC like "Call to Slumber" on Mage class, it works great on the shades, You wont have level 5 spells at that point.
