This reminds me of Dungeon and Dragons Online's most powerful offensive caster build - shiradi missile spamming sorcerers. Shiradi gives stances which have a 7-10% chance of inflicting status effects, debuffs, loads of damage etc on both ranged attacks and spells. Spamming magic missile and chain missile with it means loads and loads of hits and procs.

Well I managed to find a cancelled appointment using online booking next week and cancelled the one I had in 3 weeks time. I'll just wait till then because I'm far too nocturnal to call at 8 am.

I don't see the point in a tablet because my phone already does all of what a tablet does and has a comfortable enough screen size and fits in both hands and my pocket.

Well I was dumb and stayed up all night, I think I might be asleep at 8 am as usual Maybe the next day. I just cant do calling at 8 am, that's my sleep time usually.

Glorious state sponsored 'health care'! Nope, it was a non emergency medication review. I have to call at 8 am to get an emergency appointment, but still you can always go to A&E for something that's literally gonna kill you. Once I was coughing blood with severe chest pain and could barely breathe. Went straight to A&E and yay pneumonia in my left lung. It was so painful I couldn't even lie on my back.

I really want to just slice it off, but that would be bad. I have to wait for a dermatologist to anaesthise and shave it, then test, then remove the rest if its malignant, which it surely is.

But what else other than cancer can be growing so big? I do use my cell phone for web browsing constantly while I'm in bed, and its pretty much been held right above what was once a tiny flat mole for around a decade.

I tried calling the GP surgery and they told me to call at 8 in the morning and mention that I need to be seen by a GP. The thing is when I booked an appointment before, it wasnt about the melanoma but just about getting my prescription medication dosages altered and that one was in the second week of may.

IKR. I'll try calling them, the 3 weeks was a non emergency appointment I already had booked, and I cant be bothered calling to book an earlier one.
