Nope, its grown rapidly in the last two months. It used to be flat and only 2-3mm. Now its humongous and needs a doctor.

IMO it doesn't matter how easy you make a game, some people will still find it hard. And it doesn't matter how hard you make it, some people will still find it easy. So IMO Potd should have been the base normal difficulty. Trying to cater to players who find everything too hard and even believe that they shouldn't ever die once is a bad thing to do.

Optimum Party Size

Its obviously 4 vs 6 because those are the party sizes that CRPGs use. NWN and Dragon Age were dumbed down to just 4 party members, as are the latest spider web software games. 4 party members is lame because you need to always pick the same basic roles - healer, tank, offensive caster, weapon DPS. There's no room to try anything else. -

I don't like 4 party members. I find the games that only allow 4 to be too restrictive as they prevent me from trying out lots more class combinations. -
One of my biggest pet peeves about recent DnD games is the usual bull**** 'lets just Nerf everything to uselessness for balance!. Like in DDO - 'OMG how dare people play necromancy specced wizards and instakill everything? Add 10 second cooldown to finger of death and 60 seconds to wail of the banshee. Give every named monster in epic difficulties death spell immunites. Oh, and lets not forget monsters with over 10k HP while my spells still only do PnP damage numbers.

This is one of the things I always hated about Civ games, that the only way they increased the difficulty was by giving the AI hacks.

Yes repulsing seal is good, but you need to get all the way to level 12 for that to become per encounter. And does mechanics affect seals? I didnt realize that! -
You cant spam them anymore with the latest patch. Only one seal at a time.

Acuity - 10% of grazes converted to hits with spells. Spell Focus - 10% of hits converted to crits with spells (requires acuity) Spell Power - +10% damage for all spells (requires spell focus)- 38 replies

Priests / Druids don't have anything spammable as good as fan of flames / slicken / chill fog / minor missiles. -

Its actually pretty stupid to not be able to strategize and make effective use of per rest spells without having to spam rest all the time. Brains, please use them. -

Even if the game took place on a fantasy Earth, that doesn't mean that such a place needs to have the exact same time and orbital attributes as the real Earth.
