Maybe something changed but I was under the impression that the Strategy Guide is digital only. I purchased mine at the time of pledging but I think you can still add stuff to your order. Maybe you can log into the Pillars of Eternity and add it onto your order.

I wonder if "grinding" levels is even possible. Many posters seem to get all red in the face over it and PoE only offers xp via quest reward anyway, to prevent grinding, so... Maybe if you backtrack to lower level areas and do quests you may have skipped, then you can grind up?
