So it turns out my one cat has hyperthyroidism. The vet left a voicemail and recommend the pills, administered twice daily with food. Since Im the first one up and the first one home its kind of blown up in my face because Ill be the one to have to give him the medicine. After a bit of quiet reflection, where I visualized having to put the cat into a tiny little headlock to push the pill to the back of his throat, twice a day, every day, for the rest of his life...Im now pushing for the laser treatment.

At this point, the stronghold is probably the feature Im looking forward too most in PoE. Ill have to restrain from cheating in the gold / resources to instantly fully upgrade it.

I dunno the breed. Hes just a run-of-the-mill orange cat. I don't know my other cats breed either but he has black and white splotches like a cow.

The vets "gut feeling" was a benign tumor on his thyroid, the fix for which is literally one zap from a laser ($1500+) or medication for the rest of his life ($ unknown), but we'll get the test results today or tomorrow. And I was wildly off on his age. Apparently he is 15, so I don't know what I was thinking there. Im also wrestling with the cost vs benefit analysis. Vet says cats can live to 20 but the more realistic average is 16-18. Soooo, as I was staring into my wifes tear swollen eyes, I folded like a beach chair and told her we could get the laser treatment if that's whats wrong with the cat.

I too spent $400 today but this was on one of my cats. Hes been losing weight lately, and hes ~11yo, so my wife took him to the vet. And that's just for the tests. We don't know what, if anything, is wrong yet. Meh.

Im trying to figure out the PoE Wizard HP so tell me if this is right: Endurance is base of 30 + 10 / level. So a level 6 Wizard will have 90 Endurance Health is Endurance x 3. So a level 6 Wizard will have 270 Health And I assume this is based on CON set to 10, so theres room to go up.
