Because US presidents are not elected for life like Europe. In 2020 someone else will be president, and they will have some ideas that you support and we will all go "HUZZAH!" until there is an idea we do not support and then they will be a bum too. Ive never replayed a single player game either. I click through all the conversations, feel like Ive "experienced" most classes by directly controlling and leveling them, and beat the ending. Theres nothing left for me. Now, aRPG's or MMO's Ill play for a cumulative thousand hours. I guess its dynamic enough to keep me interested.
