  1. Think I'm ready, to pay to see Blake Lively risk her assets against Son of Jaws.
  2. Playing the Blood Legacy quest in Dyrford Village with at least one rank in Cruel is pretty frightening, memorable, horrific, murderous, and creepy. My normally lawful good keyboard might have cracked. Sorry Kana, but it was either you or Sagani and she has a fox.
  3. I love the concealed porch weapon. I'd probably keep a melee weapon in a discreet place, too. A good framing hammer will do a lot of damage.* *I mean against zombies or humans, not foxes
  4. Sorry for the blurry image, this may not be literature related ... I can never tell, since I play for team speculative-fiction ... we lose most matches of wit. Anyway, saw this gem in BTAS, the Batman cartoon from '92, I thought the mistake was too obvious, and of course it was ... William Morrison published 'Crime and Its Causes' in 1891.
  5. oh, hmm, stabby, not clubby. Or both. I saw an accuracy bonus with clubs and went for the beatings. Maybe a couple stilettos and I can pretend to be Elektra.
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wotf_l-ht7I
  7. Rolled a PC priest thanks to this thread, for the first time, and am having a blast as Deceptive/Cruel. I put her up front with Eder, clubbing the bejesus out of enemies with super accuracy and mondo interrupt. Also with Durance in the party, Holy Radiance is a fire-based free-for-all. Of all my playthroughs, Priest is my new favorite class.
  8. This might be knee-jerk, but Chrysler may have killed Anton. His Grand Cherokee vehicle model is under recall for faulty gearshifts ... falsely indicating Park mode when physically still in neutral.
  9. Got lucky here, somehow restrained to the low-80s. Not sure about inland, I stop watching weather reports during heat waves so I don't psyche myself out. Although I just learned it was 118 in Borrego, the desert to the east.
  10. Yes, normal. No one has the game yet. Very soon.
  11. Getting closer to discovering the pumpkin peach ale Budweiser warned me about during the Super Bowl. Ballast Point Barmy ... 'a strong golden ale made with apricots and orange blossom honey, a tart fruitiness and a sweet, but not too sugary, finish'. Has the ABV of a wine, 12%, but it's hidden well. Good sipping beer, unique taste and a fun experience, but only one per sitting.
  12. Punctuated with moments playing sack, if you're lucky. That bottle opener is tight.
  13. No blu-ray ... 4:3 2.0 is the show's final resting place, suitable as it is. I just watched the first of the best episodes, Poison Ivy's intro ... so good. What, a college junior, star athlete, taking a date to an animated comic book movie ... paradoxical.
  14. Pumped, I got three seasons of Batman: The Animated Series on disc. Haven't seen full episodes for tens of years.
  15. Cowboy diplomacy. Feature-length HD presentation. Also underboob, no joke.
  16. The part of me that finishes a game completely before starting a new one, is going to sit down and have a little talk with the other part of me who, right now, has five different games open. Got a TLOU replay to work on, tonight.
  17. Thanks. No rush on the NL West ... Pads won't clinch until 2029, after humanity makes first contact. Bolts will take the AFC West at a time I can't disclose because I don't want to jinx it, again, like I did tonight.
  18. Not a fan of the Cavs, but I would love for Cavaliers fans to escape the League of Unextraordinary Cities Without A Championship. Gets lonely, believe me.
  19. Oh man, I jinxed it, I knew it. They cut it to 8, and I thought, maybe.
  20. I don't know, they came back from being down 3-1 versus OKC, I think they can come back from being up 3-1 against CLE, tonight.
  21. This worked for me during Batman V Superman. The brief audibles at key moments from a kid sitting behind were so genuine that I wanted a similar experience. I may, or may not have reacted like a seven-year old when Wonder Woman crossed her wrists.
  22. Four stars, can't quit, won't quit. By stars I mean OP sweary pants. Haven't read him since last year, not about to start now, I'm just here to pad my post count in his 18th garbage thread.
