I had a sort of similar experience when I got back to work, one of my colleagues that likes to complain alot about things but never actually reports faults with the tractors was complaining that the technician was useless and that he hadn't fixed the brakes in 8 attempts and such. Last friday that coworker wasn't in place, so I decided to try the tractor he normally drives, and sure the breaks were weak as hell, so I tried just pushing the brakepedal to the floor at which point a torrent of air started gushing out from underneath the floor instead of at the (air)brakes... It returned to normal duty after redlining the engine and compressor for about 5 minutes to fill up enough airpressure to overcome the leak and return to the base position. So it turned out that there was a leaking membrane in the brakevalve, but noone thought to test something like that and report it to the tech. It was fixed yesterday and the brakes are as new now. And at the same time I got him to fix a bunch of other things that noone reported to him that it needed fixing. 3 pairs of wing mirrors with new defrosters 2 New 1 inch round rail to mount wing mirrors (Imagine bending those truck moose killer bumpers... And not "noticing it") 1 leaking front window 2 new sets of washerfluid containers (Bad idea to put these behind the seats, in an unprotected area were people like to put things like crowbars and clawhammers, plastic containers + heavy metal moving about = bad) 1 new heated seat 1 new steering wheel 1 new controller joystick 1 new climate control unit and fan package for the heater 30 something side indicator lights 3 new sets of rear lights 1 entire new VBG tow hitch and ofcourse, a replacement for the ducttaped camera that's off to the side... 1 replacement cabling set for the entire back half of one of the tractors... that's got a bit of a wait list. New wipers and arms for all the tractors. And that's about what I can remember ontop of my head. And one of the tractors are completely bent in the frame after someone T-boned a parked 45foot trailer at 30kmh. Someone needs to get their fricking nose out of their phone. Me and the very nice Danish ( ) service technician had a nice chat. He was extremely happy to see me so that he could get clear word on what was broken and what was not since he's not allowed to search for faults by our contract..

They're probably around, but the recipes that usually come up (In Swedish) have potatofiber, potato starch or breadcrumbs. I much prefer the oats for the consistency. I suspect the fact that oatgruel being a common sort of breakfast and oats being used in popular pastries such as chocolate balls and oatmeal cookies. I suspect this also has to do with my sister has celiac disease and gluten free bread being ****, we used oats instead and I'm used to it. Having them boil apart isn't much of an issue since I don't make any sauce or such for them. It depends alot on what meat and size I'm using and how I intend to use the meatballs. If I'm going to eat them immediately, iirc, they should be about 15-25 minutes in the oven at 175C, if I'm using beef instead of 50/50 mix I go for the lower amount, it's a whole lot of guesstimates involved unless one has a way of standardizing their size, I mostly look for the colour I want. I'm really bad at remembering recipies, I've got it written down but I can't find the recipe book at the moment. I'm generally pretty **** at cooking, so it's possible that the oats are what influences cooking time and such, I wouldn't be able to tell since I dare not mess with recipes. Unless we're talking spice, then I just add in 3-4 times the normal amount and a few fistful of chilipeppers. I'll be honest, I haven't actually thought much about how we make oatmeal here, but after looking through wikipedia it seems the correct translation would be rolled oats

I don't know if it's available through all employers here, but we get healthcare allowance here so that gym memberships and similar things that gives you exercise or "wellbeing" are free/cheap. Unfortunately it also gives alot of quacks leeway, and it doesn't include airsoft. Because my employers are Knobgoblins like that.

I intensly dislike cream sauce and similar so yeah, for christmas I usually eat it with beetroot sallad or red cabbage, if I eat it outside christmas it's usually ketchup on my macaroni or mayo on the sandwich. Or beetroot sallad.

Exactly, lho-sticks, recaf, corpserations and heavy physical labour wouldn't effect him

Heh, I might only be close to forty, but g'dammit, my medical journal is a book at this point, I'm fairly certain you're way, way healthier than me, and I'm definetly more bitter than the coffee I guzzle
-
Thank you for schooling them Gorth, this is an integral part for proper Swedish meatballs that cannot be substituted. .. On a more serious note, I've never seen a recipe online that matches the one our family makes for christmas, with oatmeal for one instead of breadcrumbs, and finishing them off in an oven is really important aswell.

I'm getting flashbacks to my childhood friend that had trains and trainsets worth more than I make in a year now. With 30 years of inflation ontop of that. And now I feel bloody old, god dammit.

Knew you'd catch it if you watched it, she's quite distinctive

You mean a stove or a furnace? I thought the furnaces didn't work without power for the fans and whatnot

My familys house is of "cultural significance" because it's old, so I'm not allowed to put up solar panels. Or triple glass windows. And they would really like us to dismount the heat pumps. And preferably also remove the stairway to the upper floor, because it wasn't there 120 years ago. One of the windows broke a few years ago, and we can't find any "wavy glass" that the municipality requires us to get, so we stapled some building plastic and then screwed a plywood piece ontop of it. Least drafty "window" in the house

Thomas Winkler is back! It's a shame he got kicked out of Gloryhammer, but I'm hoping this goes well for him

I wish. One of my colleagues has the day off to work the nightshift, and the other one is just a lazy, no good, ****. Typically I need 3 minutes per move I have to do with a few exceptions, so I can move about 20 trailers/containers per hour, he does five, tops, so his presence isn't noticeable. Me and my colleague typically carry for him. To be completely honest, if he hadn't been there at all I'd have been sort of fine with it, instead I get furious with him. Atleast one of my colleagues that was supposed to handle traffic came out and helped out as much as he could. I owe him some cinnamon buns at the very least.

I've got to do work for 3 people today. 's gonna be fun...

Yeah, the new layout burns my eyes. I might actually start using the Swedish version because it still uses the old layout for now.

Damn, Will Ramos is pretty impressive, looks incredibly relaxed during this!

You really ought to read through their statement again, it's as much of a "**** you wotc" as you can give without breaking a no disparagement agreement. I don't know the truth of the statement since I don't watch critical role, but they've even changed terminology to ones not found in dnd. It doesn't really matter that they managed to do an 11 million kickstarter years ago, they've probably used up alot of that money, and what is left likely isn't enough to go up in a legal battle against a billion dollar company.
-
I would love to see them set Critical Role on fire, it'd be awesome, but the suit that'd follow would ruin the lives of the people behind it. They prerecord from what I know, and it's likely they have a deal that forces them to read those ads. I don't know if there is any contractual clause that would forbid them from encouraging people to unsub/not watch their content, but that'd also likely be shooting themselves in the foot. We'll know if they release any new books and see if it says OGL 2.0 in the back, or Orc.
-
If you want something entertaining to listen to in the background, I recommend If the emperor had a text to speech device! Warning; Very foul language;
-
It's about as much as one can expect since they're probably contractually bound and/or under NDAs Edit; Or rather a non disparagement clause.
-
Legal Eagles take on the OGL 1.1 for anyone interested; Even if you're not particularly interested, it's eyecandy
