  1. With every random schmuck being transhuman, it should at least be harder for Solid Snake to beat up random women in the street.
  2. It looks disturbingly like Half-Life 2.
  3. I lost EDI and Cass, but still managed to smuggle Veronica into the Big Empty.
  4. 3738 comments to the video. I'm getting the impression Fallout is Serious Business.
  5. What armor would you have preferred? Something more stealthy?
  6. Maybe try playing as a Vanguard? You'll still spam the same ability over and over again, but at least you'll no longer hide behind a brick and play whack-a-mole with the enemies. It's far less boring.
  7. Brujah with maxed Potence and Celerity can kill garou in melee. A Toreador with maxed Celerity and enough bullets may be able to as well. The garou isn't as tough as it appears.
  8. Everything is easy for Brujah. You can even kill the garou.
  9. That actually looks fun.
  10. I'm not well versed enough in English to judge Tolkien's writing. I think though that he writes better than me.
  11. Yet when they recycled it in DA2, I didn't hear anybody like it. Because it wasn't very well recycled? Raising money in Ch2 in BG2 -> Thieves Guild, Umar Hills, Windspear Hills, Planar Sphere, Unseeing Eye, Planar Prison, Trademeet Raising money in Ch2 in DA2 -> X identical fetch/kill quests in X identical looking dungeons
  12. FO3's [intelligence] lines just got beaten. http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59694319...540572E71158BD/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59694319...FD8562CB8E247E/
  13. I couldn't get past her walrus-like buck teeth. It was the opposite for me.
  14. Especially since they liked to jump on the Prince's back and drink his blood.
  15. what is that? some new-fangled kid's invention, I'll bet. Yeah, it's not like HoMM VI is going to get released in a few months.
  16. And people were complaining about Mothership Zeta.
  17. Crazy Russians with their thousand-and-one turn-based games. The few games that make it into western market due to 1C are just the tip of the iceberg. Most recently there was Disciples 3: Renaissance.
  18. It's not a terrible game by any means, but it could be argued it's a terrible PoP game.
  19. Considering Obsidian'd receive the Creation Engine and all assets on a silver platter like with FO:NV, why wouldn't they focus on writing and story? It wouldn't be impossible for them to develop a spin-off adventure for Elder Scrolls while Bethesda is developing Fallout 4 after Skyrim is released. Although in this case it's more likely that Arkane instead would be hired - they're an internal studio + they have good experience with (pseudo) open-world games and are excellent at level design.
  20. Considering Bethesda's publishing history (WET, Rogue Warrior, Brink, Hunted, et al.) they might actually be brave/stupid enough to go for Alpha Protocol 2.
  21. I never played the 2008 PoP reboot, but the Sands of Time trilogy I played to death. I'd say Two Thrones is the best overall. Sands of Time has too simplistic combat, Warrior Within has great combat but also those annoying Dahaka chases and terrible boss fights. Not to mention the music, art direction and atmosphere wasn't very PoP-like. Two Thrones kinda combines the best of the first two games, but has the negative of throwing in the "Awesome Button", i.e. speed-kills.
  22. How... anti-climactic?
