Never finished the side quests either (other than the Bane-quest, which also turned out very predictable). It was just too much grind for not enough reward.

Rumors are, it is very recent and the dev team spread it. Hope they will release it this year. Their "media campaign" so far runs very slow, with last news being over one month old again... Btw. it is only called "Black Mesa" now, without the "Source"-part.

Have you never read comic books before? All the stuff you complain about are typical comic book conventions when not traits of the character. In fact, I never did. Never was a big comic book fan. Would have liked the game more, if the characters would behave more like in the last few Batman movies. A tiny bit more reality in there wouldn't have hurt, imo. Right now, they are all just pals who sometimes disagree, then they fight, and then all is fine again. This, or Batman is as crazy and mad as the guys he is fighting against. Still, the game wasn't bad. It's just that the last few steps toward the end are bleh (the actual ending scene wasn't bad either). What I am also not a big fan of: Pretty much every character that is known to the bigger masses made an appearance in the game, sometimes this just felt horrible forced. They should have cut down the cast a little.

Finished Batman: Arkham City. Not a bad game, but especially the ending was really... badly written, imo. After 3/4 of the game, Batman suddenly started to whine about him never killing anyone and from then on, the game picks it up again and again and again... Damn, Batman. Why don't you kill the scum. They do bad stuff and kill people, you beat them up, they get into some strange jail, they break out, they do bad stuff again, kill people... and you beat them up, to get them into some strange jail again? Batmans enemies even explain to him that they will do it again and again, but Batman just cries about why they don't stop... The temporary alliances with the baddies had been bleh too. First we are enemies, then we are best friends, then we are enemies again and then we leave as friends or something again and everyone acts as if nothing happened before. Almost seems to me like the last part of the game was written by someone else. Really weak and cheesy stuff. Oh well... But like I wrote a few times already, the Catwoman part was fancy. Should have been longer, maybe even its own game. I would totally buy a Catwoman: City Cats thief-like game.

Watched the curious case of Benjamin Button today. A... strange movie. A bit creepy. Not bad, but somehow depressing. I don't think I would want to watch it again anytime soon.

I just watched it normally. Probably going to play Crysis 3, simply because of the bow, as I am a bow shooter myself and it is just damn cool.

Somehow doesn't work for me. I don't see the boxes to click on.

I somehow think that more people want it today than 10 years ago. Simply because of hype and nostalgia.

Still playing it too. I just wish there would be more Catwoman parts. Or some extra campaign only for Catwoman.

Funny, I don't like Robin either. He showed up in the Batman game as well and it felt totally forced to me- Robin just isn't needed anymore, imo. He is a cliche character who could be cut out without any harm being dealed to the franchise.

Singularity was fancy. For me, one of the better shooters in years. It wasn't up-par with Modern Warfare script- and animation-wise, but other than that it really didn't got enough attention, imo. Kind of similar to Spec Ops: The Line. Unpolished here and there, but other than that a quite good game.

Playing Batman: Arkham City right now. I like the Catwoman-parts more than the ones where you play Batman. Wish you could fully play Catwoman.

For me, Honest Hearts is the best of the 4 DLCs. :> Followed by Lonesome Road and then Old World Blues. Should replay them again when I get the time.

Didn't read everything. Just want to note: The guy who makes this "reportage" is a douchebag and has no clue about Fallout anyway. Just check out how he plays Fallout 3 (with mods, such as 10x more mobs, faster running, more and bigger guns that kill with 1 hit, etc. etc.) and you will notice that he doesn't want to play a Fallout game at all (well and while we are at it, just look at how he plays New Vegas. Attacks a deathclaw with a low-level character and reloads everytime he gets hit and then complains that the game is shait, because you have to reload so much). His New Vegas playthrough is full of errors about Fallout and New Vegas' setting and everyone who invests some time to check his facts will notice this too. The guy even wrote a hilarious bad book about some game stuff and can't be taken seriously. Not more to say about this. /Edit: Also I just see that you deleted your account on that forum? Probably for the better, because the administration isn't a fan of anyone who isn't a fan of their opinion. :> I stopped posting there a long time ago, it just makes no sense.

Obvious DayZ copy. :> I am totally not interested in it. DayZ was interesting for like two weeks, but now it is boring me to death too (because you don't do much in the game other than randomly running around and farming items). And... well... I personally don't need any other MMO stuff right now anyway.

That something its called eyesight. Morrowind wasn't ever particularly beautiful, even during its heyday. I still remember pc magazines going all yadda-yadda about how beautiful Morrowind looks like. Especially the water was kind of mentioned every single time when someone talked about Morrowind.

With you + 3 friends, it is quite fun for a while. With you + 3 ai follower it is quite boring.

I tested the demo of Batman Arkham City. It wasn't that bad, maybe I will buy the game when it's in a sale.

I have 81 games in my Steam list and always when I check the steam shop, I find nothing of interest. To me it almost feels like I bought everything on Steam that is interesting to me. :> Though, I might buy Batman Arkham City, tested the demo and it seems to be worthy of my money. Let's wait for the special sale then.

While we are at Ouya, I love the beginning of their first update: "Do you realize what you've done? You proved consoles aren't dead." Until now I didn't knew that consoles are said to be dead. In fact, I never heard anyone ever talking about consoles being dead.
