Yeah, I am in the need of some help for my current modding project, a mission pack for the game Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty (link on GOG, if anyone has no clue what game it is). I am searching for someone who can do me a english officer voice for the intro / cutscene briefing. Something in the style of the original game would be great. -> In fact, if I could get a voice actor for the actual briefing text (shown in the very beginning of the video above), it would be fancy too- but the cutscenes have a higher priority right now. My modification adds 6 new missions to the game. The amount of spoken text I'll need for each mission is approx the lenght of what you can hear in the video above. The missions itself are pretty much finished. Currently I am just fixing bugs and tweaking the position of enemy soldiers, etc. So the only thing that is keeping me away from a release are proof reading and the lack of a voice actor. Now... would anyone nr interested in it? Or does someone know someone who might be interested? As it's a mod project, obviously there won't be any money involved... but then again, if it's a really great voice (and audio file quality) and the price isn't too high, I might be able to give a little bit, if needed... Oh, and here are some screenshots, because I don't like to post such a request without showing anything.

It probably will. Some things are easier now, but they also added quite a few new combos which I am unable to do right now... I am just not a combo-type of player.

Started playing Zeno Clash 2 today. I think everyone who liked the first game will like the new one as well.

As long as people don't play with their stupid smartphones all the time when you are going somewhere / do something together, they can be as addicted to this crap as they like to, imo... Damn, I hate it so much if you are going out and everyone is typing stuff on the phone.

I played X3 for a batzillion hours. Good game, but very time consuming, imo.

Ah so the SSRMs aren't actually used? They are, because of how the maps are build up, it is pretty easy to get close to a long range mech. But yeah, that's why I only have 1 ton of ammo with me, which is ultimately only 12 rounds to fire. One can say that this is my shotgun for melee combat. I *could* exchange them with some medium lasers as well, but this would put too much strain on my heat efficiency again. Right now I have found a good balance of armor, heat efficiency and damage and I like to keep it that way. But I just noticed an error in my post I exchanged the 2x SSRM-2 already a while ago with 2x SRM-4, which are unguided, but my movement and aiming is good enough to not bother about it. That's my shotgun. /Edit: I've spend 7 dollars on this game yesterday: http://inthekillhouse.com/doorkickers/ Tried the alpha. Not bad so far, the final version can only be better.

With the new JagerMech, there is enough ballistic sniping again. Does happen quite often that my 100% health CAT get's a 1-hit into the ****pit and is down. Really annoying.

I am not using ballistic weapons anyway. My deal are 2 ER Large Laser and 2 SSRM-2 launcher. I am cutting down everything at super long range. It's funny, in most matches I am quite high in the score list, but it seems like I am the only guy who uses his CAT-C1 as laser sniper. Haven't seen anything like my Mech in ages. My luck, I'll guess. :>

This is done since wasteland. It was done in Fallout 1, 2, New Vegas, etc. The thing that made Fo2 feel... not so good... every once in a while is because it lacked a complete project oversight. Every designer worked on his stuff, then everything was put together and... there was no time anymore to polish up everything. /Edit: And I don't like that everyone is ignoring Guido Henkel. :> People act as if he never existed. Pretty sure PS:T would look a lot worse today if he wouldn't have been there.

Any news about why he is leaving now?
