Damn missed it. So far my purchases have been, CK2, Warlock, Walking Dead and now Sronghold 3. Given how great both CK2 and the Walking Dead are, law of averages says Stronghold will be a bad purchase.

Is it good? Yes, but then I own every 4x(space) game and have managed to find good points in most of them. It hasn't got the depth of GalCiv, but it has that just one more turn about it. If your a 4x fan, you should like it.

They are two separate points. MS gets a presence in Asia which is significant since it has none and has still sold more than the PS3, and at the same time denies Apple(OS/Tablet/phone) any future Blizzard games. Exclusive sell consoles, what isn't big now doesn't mean it won't be latter. COD wasn't big to MW. As for controllers vs mice, DS3 worked pretty well with a pad, I doubt D3 and on couldn't do the same. Then you have Starcraft which would works as an FPS/TPS/RPG. IMO if MS were going to put up for Activision, they would go all out and acquire Blizzard too.

If M$ buy Activision/Blizzard, that's checkmate MS. There is no way that MS would just buy Acti. Diablo, Warcraft and Starcraft would be major exclusives to them and give them market penetration in Asia, something the xbox still doesn't have. You would also have no more Diablo/WC/SC on Apple OS. Still I don't think MS would fork out this much cash, I don't think they are sure that the next gen of console will be a money maker.

Sorry couldn't disagree more. Any other setting and my interest would be a lot less. Besides Mitsoda wanted to do a zombie game, about survival and how the player deals with the world and those around him. I don't see how he can accomplish that without zombies. Actually there is another setting that would interest me as much, a Thing ripoff rpg.
