No real loss there. NPC voice work is enjoyable but fine I'm without it. The loss of cut scenes and cinematics is gold in my book though. Assuming it done in Onyx, while it's not going to be Watch Dogs, it would have Wasteland 2, Dead State and Shadow Run beat.

It's no a 40K rpg. I wish it was, but THQ would be announcing that.

I think it's also Beth softs continual making of the same open world RPG that has done them so much good. They've managed to keep their old fans while getting new ones.

Weird, that's what I was going to say. Are you stealing my thoughts? So that's where all those strange thoughts and urges were coming from. Was beginning to worry. Pretty sure the clan mod includes them, because it included a bunch of things. Some very good(restored content), some odd(achievements) and some very bad. Like changing the music, not impressed.

Just started playing VTM:B with The Clan mods, first time playing it with any modifications. It hasn't aged badly.

Another thing is Obsidian also benefited from doing sequels for other games, that's not a criticism (NWN2 were vastly superior to NWN), it just allowed them a easier start into the industry. Making sequels to already popular games is easier than starting up with a new IP. Although I feel Obsidian still has the feature creep problem Troika had.

Please don't let this be an MMO/Facebook/mobile game.

Picked up Dawnguard, so I'm going to give Skyrim a run for the first time since release. Any must have mods beside UI?

Single player content not being a priority anymore. I would of said that PvP and group PvE would be the focus more than class content now that it's F2P. But my knowledge of MMO's is pretty poor. There was supposedly a rework of the space mini game in the works. Seems from what spider said, that it's been scrapped.

So any word on more class/story content or the rumored space addon? I'm guessing they've been dropped since it's going free play?

Wait, after just recently playing through the last one, how can there be another one? 4 seemed pretty final to me.

Just finished a run through of NV with the DLC for the first time. The DLC fit in really well, thought I wouldn't like lonesome road given what was said about it, but I enjoyed it. Wish Ulysses could of been a companion.

Except isn't an 'Inquisitor' part of or at least for the chantry? If so they would have to have very set views and path. And I don't see how they could be a mage. I view the defined character as part of bio continued move away from RPGs to 'cinematic adventure games' with dialogue. There is nothing terribly wrong with a set character per se(still prefer a character to be as blank as possible), it's everything that comes with it in new bio games.

Unless you really like the games, I can't recommend it. I played through the previous entries and enjoyed them, but couldn't push myself to complete Revelations. Don't know why. Still if it comes up for $5 you can't really go wrong.

See this is why I'm glad I've lost interest in DA, a set character that's part of the chantry. Probably only one class too.

$5 Steam sale. Latest data mining shows people didn't replay it as much as Dragon Age 1. Conclusion, combat was probably too hard and needs streamlining, so it doesn't detract from the story telling. Honestly I don't think I care what happens with DA3. I don't think bioware is making games the match my interests anymore.

Oculus Rift kickstarter.

Been playing Infamous 1&2. Good games, that just lacked on thing, feeling powerful. In a game where you play as a super powered PC, the character should feel super powered. Prototype did this better.
