I got lost for hours in Morrowind, the amount of time I spent on a single playthrough dwarfs almost every other game I've played. But then I played the GOY edition with Tribunal and Solstheim, which added substantial content. Like others have said, if you read and explore while doing the main quest, the game experience of it was much better. I can remember actually liking Dagoth Ur, but for the life of me I can't remember exactly why. But really the degradation of content from Morrowind to Oblivion(not just the quality) is huge. Morrowind (without Tribunal and Bloodmoon) factions: House Redoran House Hlaalu House Telvanni The Empire The Fighters Guild The Mages Guild Thieves Guild East Empire Company Blades Fighters Guild Mages Guild Imperial Cult Ashlanders Tribunal Temple Morag Tong 3 vampire clans Choosing one faction over another locks the other one out. Quite a few have different paths to take to reach the high point of the faction. Oblivion: Fighters guild Mage guild Blades Thieves Guild Dark Brotherhood Arena You can join all factions and they are all linear paths. I tend to think this sums up the decline from Morrowind to Oblivion nicely.

Why do you have to?

Sad to see, while the lack of a new Homeworld and Freespace games is a crime, Saints Row, Darksiders and Metro were all good games. Wonder who will buy Relic and Volition.

It's a sad day, Boo has become a race traitor. Am I the only one that sits in a recliner while on the computer? Seriously now, this generation the PS3 has had the more worthwhile exclusives, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will carry over into the next generation. I mean Obs was working on an next gen xbox exclusive, chances are there are more dev companies are out there doing the same thing.

There is no alignment metre in PE, which has nothing to do with good/evil quests or paths. It just means you won't have an alignment metre telling you if you've good or bad.

All we need now is Freespace and the holy trinity is complete.

Finally decided to give Game of thrones a try, up to chapter 4, and I'm quite liking the game. The combat is pretty poor, and it has a really bad camera, but the setting and characters are making up for it. Also had a pretty interesting part of the character creation, you can add traits(good leader etc), however they needed to be balanced with vices(psychopath etc). Unfortunately they don't seem to have an effect besides in combat. Still it was amusing that you could create a fire priest that's afraid of fire. I wouldn't say it's for everyone, but if you enjoy the books/show, you should enjoy the game.

Let's not forget the aliens. Come on some equality please, they're coming all the way to Earth to play PE, and no option for them? Speciest.

That pic reminds of the stupidity of somethings in the zombie/horror genre. "I'm potentially surrounded by man eating creatures, lets wander off from the group to take a piss." Honestly I would have no problem pissing in my pants, because I would have done so many time since the outbreak had happened.

Especially when it's known the Earth has certain weather patterns that come and go. (Cold periods/hot periods) Now I'm not saying global warming isn't real, just that I don't believe global warming is responsible for this. Tornadoes/cyclones/massive storms have always happened.

To be honest, I don't see it as much as an issue. Just as much a chance of it being good/bad as when Lucas was in charge.

Just completed my first game of Fallen Enchantress. I won but, didn't think I would. Was facing an alliance of 3 other empires and had just lost my only dragon and major money making city, however I was questing on a major quest with my ruler, when completing it triggered the end game quest... Should of paid more attention to the actual quest was. Still enjoyed it, started up another one, this time will look towards a magic victory.

Kane is brilliant. I support any villain in PE being on his level.

Surprised to hear that, haven't had anything like that. The only issue I've had so far was where my ruler decided to keep removing his armor, which led to him going into battle several times in nothing but his underwear and a cloak. Closing the game and loading up resolved this issue. Just out of curiosity, do you have the steam of stardock version?

I admit I was scratching my head about this, don't read comics, so gutters had me thinking of houses. Essentially you are saying you imagine further interaction between party members off screen(don't see why you couldn't of just said this), and that includes the deepening/evolution of romances, but you still need the writers to point out to you who the romance is with, the characters to choose from and said character's personality.
