  1. Turn Based Combat, no smash button crap like FFXV. Story is in between cheesy and serious, more to the cheesy side, and depending on title. In the titles, which I've played, there was no male abuse. But there is some sexual innuendo going around some NPCs at some point in every game. One of the NPCs in Arland Trilogy is called Esty Dee for a reason I think the game is more for female audiences, but me as 40 years old cis-gendered privileged white male, was able to enjoy most of the games from the series, despite Brie Larsons oppinion, that I should stick only to dude-bro targeted entertainment
  2. Just another reason, why the Live Service model is unsustainable in the long term.
  3. #notmyfinalfantasyvii Also from the makers of Grimrock, turn based RPG Druidstone is coming soon to GOG https://www.gog.com/news/coming_soon_druidstone_the_secret_of_the_menhir_forest
  4. I have just finished my first GT extreme challenge in Assetto Corsa on Medium Difficulty. 1 hour and 5 minutes of Nurburgring GP (30 laps). I am trying out new wheel, from a friend. I made only two mistakes, so I was able to win the race with 6.6s lead. My driving, including my setup:
  5. Blood was my most played multiplayer game, before Counter Strike took over my home-city.
  6. They are never random, I am playing MK mobile when i am travelling, and after getting back to the game after 6 month break, I purchased few pack with my ingame money. In the first three pulls I made in the first week, I got always card with lowest possible chance of drawing. That way, they make and incentive to buy more packs, because some people think, they are on their lucky streak... And because of this manipulation, people will never stop buying them...
  7. A bill in the us congress tries to enforce lootbox ban for underaged.
  8. Have you guys at the Obsidian considered also a Turn Based mode for PoE 1? I know it's looooong time ago, when this game got the last update, but man can still have his dreams
  9. Distant Worlds: Universe from GOG. I wanted to play this one for a very very long time, but for same long time, Distant Worlds were Steam exclusive. Lot of people are saying it is one of the best 4X games in space.
  10. Hope you will enjoy it at least as much as I did.
  11. Booted up Assetto Corsa after few months break and tried new driving wheel. I have now big issue. The pedals which suit me best are from Thrustmaster, and the wheel is best by Logitech... And they cannot be connected together... grrrrr... proprietary **** never brought anything useful to the plate...
  12. My account stayed logged on new forums over-night. No more autologout?
  13. Chaos Gate up until this day, is the only WH40K game, which I enjoyed playing.
  14. Still, playing Septerra Core, getting closer and closer to the Endgame. The closer to the end to bigger “dungeons” are in game. Some are fine, some are tedious and mind numbing. Still the story is good enough to continue.
  15. So it could be around 50-80 hours on title, depending how you plan to move forward
  16. Well, if you are not completionist, previous Arland titles are possible to finish in around 20 -25 hours or so. With walkthrough even faster. But yes the DX versions are pretty expensive at the moment. But as soon as they go on sale, they will be worth it ;)
  17. I have played Rorona, Totori, Meruru and Aescha. I own every released afterwards, but had no time to playe them yet. It is kind of challenging and the quality of every title is different, but I have mostly liked what I have played. Not everyone like the jRPG mechanics behind it. Anyway, Lulua is 4th game in the Arland series, so if you are able to spent more money, few months ago was released remaster of first three games in the series (Rorona DX, Totori DX and Meruru DX (in that order)) which I can really recommend to you as well. You will get to know more about the lore and background of characters.
  18. And 2020 in the West
  19. Running around would be mostly OK, if there was less combat involved
  20. I do not know. I played it maybe 15 years ago for few hours, but got stuck somewhere, and the I boight it 3 years ago on GOG, played for almost 40 hours, but got fatigued by the combat in the chosen palace. And now, after few hours, I feel fatigued again in the graveyard catacombs :/ Story is likeable, but some trash enemies are really annoying with their spongy HP pool. The only way how to make it more enjoyable, is to spent loads of money on "mana cores" and cast haste on all partymembers right away in every combat
  21. Deponia 4 in the GOG Indie sale
  22. I have dusted off my Septerra Core playthrough after more than 3 year break. And I have immediately remembered, why I quit The Chosen Sewers... But after a while, I got used to it and recovered Doomsday Blueprints, and went little bit of exploring to refresh my memories, where I left. To my surprise, I still remember quite a bit of stuff, so today, before visiting my family, I'll spent some time with this game again
  23. His reviews are still better love story than Twilight.
  24. Rumors? https://www.wired.com/story/exclusive-sony-next-gen-console/ It's from the mouth of the PS5's lead architect, Mark Cerny. There was few runours posted on these forums few months ago, which I can't locate anymore. I just wanted to compare them to current reveal by Sony, how much they were off.
  25. To bad it is not on the GOG Anyway, purchased Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists. But I start to hate KOEIs season pass strategy, which they introduced last year to the series...
