More Pillars of Eternity, I have tried to create one Adventure NPC, just for the achievement, it ended up being Female Moon Godlike Barbarian 😄 Created it just for 250 copper, and after few more small maps around Gilded Vale, I have decided to go to Caed Nua for the first time. I cleared main area and went underground, where spider kicked my tank little bit, and then when I've spoken to Maerwald, I have for some reason completely ****ed up the positioning of my party, so he needed to hurl few spells, and I ended up in afterlife 😄 and I have to redo the whole conversation with him again 😄 silly me. I have to watch out little bit better for my crew next time

Another day in the world of Eora I have finally finished everything in Gilded Vale and surrounding areas. It took me 10 hours 😛 Last quest was in the ruins of The Temple of Eothas, where I solved the case of dead priests of Eothas. Well brain can be trained, and the easiest way how to learn foreign language, is to learn it while having some fun. I basically learned German by watching my favourite cartoons in German language, when I was a kid, and I have learned a lot of English from Daggerfall and Baldur’s Gate wall of texts. If you would ever decide to give it a try, maybe if some of your favourite games have option to switch to German language with English subtitles (at least for me I feel, like German language is closest to English, but other people might have similar or better experience with other languages e.g Spanish, you never know before you try 🙂 ) , could be helpful to adjust your brain better to foreign language.

I think you might be into something. Indeed I am sometimes looking up the right words. I write a lot in English in my work, but I need to speak in different language lately very seldom. One of the reasons I’ve stopped doing no commentary videos for myself is, that I simply need to train speaking, and this way it feels for me OK. I have fun with games, and still train the English conversation, even though I am only speaking to myself 😄 My best English improvement was during my Vanilla WoW “career” when I was raiding with English speaking guild, and they decided to make me Warlock officer and later Raid Leader, so I had to speak all the time 😄 but that was very long time ago, so I feel little bit rusty 😞

Hahaha, well sorry, I still have to put a lot of work to improve in that regard 😄 I just am unable to put into my voice same emotions when speaking different language than my own 😄 I feel like to much of a robot speaking different languages, unless I drink big glass or two of beer 😄

Yup, having the same, thankfully I dusted off PoE1 and GOG gave me Wasteland 2, so I am set for the winter 😄

More Pillars of Eternity. I have finished two sidequests around Gilded Vale and unlocked few discounts that way. I have also died two times, when fighting against pack of two enemies which were to high level for me 😛 The third attempt after running around the whole Black Meadow map were successful, but still very close to death, especially my Eder tank was very close 😛 The reward was Fine Wand at the altar and few other thingies Aloth was amused If you do not have anything better to do, you can listen to my horrible Slavic accent here 😄 (3 videos uploaded so far in the playlist 😛 )

Nope, it will be longer for sure. I do not need MS support for my Win 7 to run it safe in sandbox environment. Thankfully I have good knowledge of security, to do that, and Win 10 is for me still a big no, because of all the stupid telemetry implemented into it. Also some of my GOG games have hard time running on Win 10.

More Pillars of Eternity today, I made few small quests died few times to wolves 😄and met Durance for the first time. My next steps will go to Anslög's Compass.

Looks like I will not switch anytime soon. It does not support Windows 7, so I'll wait some time before I try to install it...

GOG Galaxy just went into Open Beta period. https://www.gog.com/galaxy Is it good enough to switch now, or I should wait a little bit more. All I care about is GOG and PS4 friendlists and trophies.

Started to play Pillars of Eternity 1 after a looooooong time. Picked up Cipher. And just finished the introductory dungeon 🙂

Looks like Valve is bending the knee as well.

Still better to spent 100 hours on one CP2077, than 100 hours on 10 EA games 😉

In contrast, I am maybe to much conservative, but our gaming group is not very happy with 2nd Ed of rules, so I am really happy about another game in 1st Ed.

Indeed. I would preferred Carrion Crown or Curse of the Crimson Throne, but yes, can’t wait for more PF goodness!

Surprising and awesome news. I played hours upon hours of Renegade in local LAN caffe, and it was very good game. The only issue was, that you really needed more than 8 people to fully enjoy all the elements, which was rare. Because CS1.6 completely overshadowed this little gem...

I would first finish, what i’ve started. But looking away from that, from this list Baldur’s Gate, Drakensang or Pathfinder would be my choice.
