After 3 years long break, I have finaly finished my Grand Campaign of Crusader Kings Complete from GOG. In 2015, I have started as one of the smallest counties in Kingdom of Hungary, as a Count of Gemer. Due to carefull planning of marriages, I have became 31 years later the new Duke of Nyitra, and 6 more years later in 1105, the almighty King of Hungary. After that, I have slowly expanded my realm to the east and south, with occasional special marriages, to get the possibility for my children to inherit other Counties and Dukedoms. 347 years later, after I've defeated Golden Horde, Bulgars and other heathens, and had few struggles with infidels of Byzantium, I had became King of another 7 countries. I've became King of Hungary, Bohemia, Khazaria, Burgundy, Croatia, Georgia, Sicily and Rus. My kingdom had 102 direct vassals and 197 counts, dukes, bishops, and archbishops under my command. Some of them rebelious some of them loyal, but the Kingdom overcame few of their revolts and had a potential to grow more but the end of the game in 1452 came faster than I thought 😛

To be fair, that game was such a mess, that its performance would probably not be improved even if the God himself would touch the source code

And, continued with my Crusader Kings 1 playthorugh, getting very close to the end of the game. After yesterday, I have one more title 😛 King of Burgundy. Got like 10 or so vassals with owning this title, but made a mistake to ask for the peace treaty to late. Burgundy was also in another war with Sweden, which peaced out first and took few provinces I wanted to have Becoming King of Burgundy was just not planned goal, which I acquired, because I had little bit over 4000 Prestige to grab that specific title. Anyway, my reputation sunk 3 points and now I am trying to get little bit chilly until the end of the game. There are two more provinces, which I NEED to have, before the time runs out

Can you tell more? It is still on sale, and my wallet is kind of itching, but I have like billion games on backlog. 10EUR is a good price for that game?

After a month, I’ve played little bit of Assetto Corsa again. On weekend one hour race on Spa, where I ended a lot of times out of track, and yesterday short race on Nurburgring with McLaren MP12 GT3 car. MP12 is tough bitch for me, even smallets touch to the curbs makes it slide. I spent 1 and half hour driving in 8 lap race, until I was able to finish first, without sliding off-track. I am not looking forward to 1 hour races with this car But in the end, I was almost able to get lap time under 2 minutes. My latest career 8 lap race 😄

Vaporum on GOG for 10 €. Yay or nay? Would you recommend or not? I loved Grimrock 1, but somehow stayed after 3 hours in Grimrock 2 and not booted it up again. Also my gf loves Steampunk but plays only puzzle stuff, would you think it could be casual girlie gamer game? And how long it is? Could use now little bit shorter game max around 20 hours. Thanks.

From Japanese gameplay, which I've seen, you can outfit your main character. So I think you might be able to oufit others too. But it looked like the outfits were bound to your current "job".

Yup, they changed the fights completely, and added more RPG stuff&fluff. If it would be Bethesda, that would be clear sign of MTX focused game. Hopefully such **** did never crossed the mind of Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios leads...

Played little bit more CK1. Started war against Turks aaand it was kind of intense. They were able to pull 50k of troops out of nowhere in no time. They were also defeating most of my troops due to attrition on their territories. So I found out, even if you have more than 600k soldiers in all of your territories, the other big empires can make you sweat with much lower number of troops, if they have much better access and low supply limit in their provinces. In the end, I was able to grab two small provinces from them and with that a title King of Georgia. With lucky random event, I even got to +2 stability with my Kingdom 🙂 25 more years to finish the game.

Ok, more Crusader Kings 1. My king died. But before that, I was able to give more power to my 8 year old kid, than my schyzophrenic firstborn. For a while I had some chaos running around, got attacked by few rebellious vassals and Duchy of Bavaria. The result was, that right before the end of the war my Spy Master poisoned this new King before his 10th birthday... And my kingdom went to the hands of 1 year old and I had to give away more counties to my courtiers, just to hold high enough stability. One good thing came out of it... The reputation mechanics, give you some boost after the new heir takes the throne, so in about 15 years, I went from -8,5% rep to -1,5% rep 😄and that made 4 new counts to ask for me to vassalize them, including Venezia. I took that opportunity. But after few months some random event triggered Realm Duress and everything went completely bonkers. I was able to defeat all the vassals which ran away and forced them to join the Kingdom again, but it was never ending spiral... I spent two hours trying to get out of this ****, but it was impossible, and more random events dropped my Stability to -3, and it was all ****ed... I had to reload back 5 years, before all this happened Is there anyone who can give me advice, how to solve the Realm Duress without Kingdom going completely to the toilet? EDIT: Nevermind, I have found my notes from 2016. To bad it was to late "The greatest effects on getting rid of realm duress are being at peace and have all your vassals at, at least 60% loyalty. Whenever your ruler dies, pause the game and check your vassals-loyalty, sent gifts to the ones who are most disloyal and then unpause the game again. "

Dusted of my GOG copy of Crusader Kings 1 after 3 years, and continued to play my Gemer County -> Niytra Dukedom -> Hungary Kingdom campaign. I am closing to the end of the timeline probably 35 years to go or so. In the meantime, I have completely defeated Bulgar Muslims and vassalised and converted to Catholicism their sheikh. With that I got the title of King of Khazaria and now I am ruling over almost whole Eastern Europe most of the Central, and a big chunk of Italy, Sicilia and Malta, with some small inherited counties in the West and Africa. The biggest issue I have, is that my King is probably going to die very soon, because he catched plague twice in the last 50 years 😄 and his only valid heir is having schysofrenia. The son of the schysofreniac is only inbred, which lowers his stats, but well that makes a really big probability, that my kingdom will crumble before 1452 😄We'll see how much money it will cost to maintain my realm, after the schyzo takes over 😄

If monk was added as a DLC class (I think so, but I really do not remember) you will probably get dialogue options corresponding to the class only in White March areas and not in base game.

I’ve turned on LFG channel only, when I was interested in going to dungeon. And it was global. Also everywhere, where I was playing, was Horde really advertised, and felt like more mature bunch. The first thing which changed it was the introduction of “Honor” system, and then the LFG matchmaking. I have also played on Magtheridon-EU, and where one Horde (Nihilum) and one Alliance guild, which name I do not recall anymore, were competing for the World Firsts. This on one hand brought the most mature playerbase, which were in top 20 realm guilds, and also brought up the most retarded individuals, mostly guildless or in some random dip**** guilds, which were acting like the most immature ****, I’ve ever met, which for some weird reason thought, that being immature retarded ****sucking ****, would open up them place in these top guilds. I was happy to be in the 14th placed guild in the realm, which had the best people I have ever met on-line. Also there were tons of people among the both factions who even respected their opponents in PvP, and when they killed each other in some quality match, they used to thank each other with emotes for the fight without the need of teabagging and opening 25new threads on the realm forums. Try to imagine that in the current toxic environment. I will remember to the end of my days to have hundreds of epic PvP encounters with one Bulgarian alliance hunter called Aimbot. He was really one of the best PvP hunters in the realm, and I had one really uncommon PvE build for a Warlock, so in our match up it was always 50-50 chance for a win or lose, depending on my trinkets being on or off cooldown 😛 , From what I read on forums, that was pretty uncommon, because with his AQ gear, he steamrolled most of the horde guys with few shots. There was a lot of guys like him, which earned the respect this way among all other players, and which were really remembered accross the factions.
