Played Assetto Corsa today for more than 2 hours after a looong break. I am in middle of GT2X Championship, and as a next in line was Mugello track. This track is for me more challenging than Nordschleife and very hard to drive it without errors. And the race was 30 laps long Thankfully the setup provided by the game for this race was pretty solid so after 3 completely botched races, I was able to finish it on 4th try with only one hickup. Still after slowly moving forward to first place, I had to defend my position almost until the very last lap of the race. If anyone is interested, you can find my race against Medium AI here:

Also, very good video on addiction mechanics, which are put deliberately into games, to make people spending more and more and more. Also including excerpts of the Let’s go Whaling presentation, which was on some developer conference and was about the various kinds of manipulative exploitations, which get’s the money from your pockets the easiest way (including social bullying...) maybe it will show you some reasons, while these companies should be considered as evil corporations as well, even if they are not on the level of Monsanto and Nestlè... The big advantage of GOG in this is that they are based in EU. If other launchers start to put some code, which will prevent competition in the market, all they need to sue them at EU court, like Google and MS were sued few times in the past.

Just few minutes ago, after having it pretty long time on my backlog, I've finished Hyperdimension Neptunia VII. My first playthrough ended with the most common Ascension Ending. The game is IMO much better than all previous installments. Cut-scenes are shorter, gameplay is more refined, sending out scouts is more user friendly. Can't wait for the release of Super Neptunia RPG in few days. I can only recommend, if you are into that kind of jRPGs

Still playing Hyperdimension Neptunia V II. Having more fun than in the previous game, mostly due to lower number of cutscenes I have now started the last third of the game and unlocked Coliseum.

Some cutscenes were made in engine, and some by rendering. I think this might be the reason of the quality change in some of them.
