    Sports you do

I wish I could ride my bike. One of the pedals broke off Thursday on the way to class and now I need to get a replacement.
  2. Where are you getting a connection between "freak" and "ethics?" They are two independently existing ideas. Nature is morally neutral, but there's nothing about that neutrality that removes its ability to produce freaks. A freak is something uncommon, nothing else. It's not wrong, it's not something evil, or otherwise percievable as the result of unethical creation. It is merely an, often incidental, uncommon and maybe difficult to reproduce result.
  3. Just got done conquering the galaxy in Star Wars: Forces of Corruption. Danged is the Consortium overpowered. But, overpriced too. I can destroy all the bases on a planet, but I'd better be rich to try. Same goes with their turrets, probably double the cost of Imperial/Rebel turrets, but they can ignore shields, and destroy infantry, vehicle, and air equally. .Bribery is really nice because it stops garrisoning. Corrupt Militia is nice because it makes the natives work for me and turns the planet neutral if anyone has a problem with that. It makes me really wish they had MP galactic conquest mode. The Consortium's abilities would be so much better if you could negotiate with and threaten other players. Edit: Oh, did I mention suicide bombing Ewoks?

    Oye!

There's nothing about that to imply a religious institution. Even I'm able to legally perform marriages and I'm an atheist. It doesn't take much.
  6. Are you making a request?
  7. And I'm not. However, the point still stands "what's in a name?"
  8. Shakespeare wouldn't care, why should I?
  9. I might actually like Morrowind with guns. If it would be indeed more like Morrowind.
  10. My doubts are much simpler. It's not their IP and I didn't like Oblivion. I loved Morrowind, but I've got the impression that Bethesda likes what they made with Oblivion over what they made with Morrowind.

    What a stud!

I had a girlfriend with a hamster like that. Well, it wasn't really her's, it was her father's. And she wasn't my girlfriend, she just lived next door to me and got undressed with her blinds open.
  12. Did I see someone claim immersion? SHENANIGANS! Never once seen an open ended game accomplish the emotion conveyed in a railroading game. RPG or anything else. Stories are able to catch the audience in an emotional sense by using a pre-defined character the player has a chance to identify with easier than they can by trying to account for multiple player-defined characters that the player probably isn't even trying to identify with emotionally, only superficially.
  13. Here's an idea! Run around, claiming to shoot beams out of your eyes.
  14. So, we need to change your previous statement to rules system, story, dialog, and character customization. Otherwise, it's settled. Sand doesn't like ME. (I don't either, but there's no cause for me to argue with those that do)
  15. It does not look any functionally or spiritually different than either KOTORs dialog systems in this respect. If your complaint is not being able to pick a class at character creation, that's another.
  16. US release of 2.0 on DVD came out before 2.5 even aired. The series was aired in two seperate parts, so they released the DVDs as soon as they could (at double the price compared to what you brits had to pay)
  17. Rob a bank with an unloaded gun. Then when you're arrested, reflect back upon what harm selfishness wreaks upon others and how valuable freedom is.
  18. Because red represents passion, and passion augments the dark side in its users. Just Mace's saber is purple because purple represents power, and Yoda's is green because green represents healing. Mace's is purple simply because it is Samuel L. Jackson's favorite color. Same reason the inside of his jacket was purple in Unbreakable.

    Oye!

Excellent: fundamentalism in law! >_ Of course judges can't be trusted to exercise their own personal judgment, that would be like a soldier deciding who to aim at, or the electorate whom they should vote for ... Isn't interpretation and subjective judgement the entire point of it being a separate branch of the government? Serious :psyduck: territory here.
  20. Except that pasta and antipasti frequently meet, given that antipasti (or antipasto) is Italian for Hors d'
  21. I'm fairly certain that chick is Elizabeth Daily. Pvt. Flores in Roughnecks. The voice people are annoyed by.
  22. Hippies. I'm down with the first half of the third suggestion. Some of those suggestions are just so outright silly, I would be scared of the person that suggested them. Think of everyone you know until you smile so hard you can't sit still? That's got to be an emo kid with no friends. Or someone very high. And going to a place you've never heard of, but only found out the name of, is a good way to end up waiting for ransom or death.
  23. I think your sig and avatar prove that some jokes can never be over used.
  24. Seriously, where's the forum based fun in that?
  25. Jump. You have nothing to live for, just do it.
