  1. It's not technically an island. Either way, I consider it doubtful they'll be able to purchase Sealand as it's not for sale.
  2. Shooting down every single helicopter you come across with loads of ordinance is less likely to cause an empire to crash down on your head than running? :psyduck:
  3. Podcasts are intended for iPods?
  4. :D I'm glad someone else decided to try that too. That thing is a killer. Where did you get the rollermine?
  5. Yeah, I thought so too. I mean, Dark Water???? Dude, it's Jennifer Connelly! JENNIFER CONNELLY!
  6. The idea is that Bethesda announces Fallout III and millions of the type of people who would sooner use torrent than pay for a $10 game, wondering about this series called Fallout, go and torrent the two preceding titles. And that's why all of a sudden there are a billion downloads of the Fallout games. Wasn't the annoucement originally in 2004? Besides, I don't think enough people would pay attention to warrant that.
  7. I don't see how it says anything about the gaming public's relation to Bethesda. They had nothing to do with Fallout 1 and 2.
  8. I want to go on record saying that despite what other sites report, I am not single handedly responsible for 2/3 of that 1.4 billion gigs.
  9. A normal three month old is not a freakish ornament, wouldn't you agree? Gosh, when you put it that way... I want to start hanging them on my christmas tree.
  10. After watching several episodes of Beast Wars on youtube, I realize the truth of meaningful evil. Never do anything Starscream or Terrasaur would do. Tarantulas is okay, though.
  11. That's like wishing the rest of us turned into ocelots due to magical space beam.
  12. I sincerely have no qualm with this idea.
  13. Speak for yourself. I already question his manhood. and yours

    Sports you do

I wish I could ride my bike. One of the pedals broke off Thursday on the way to class and now I need to get a replacement.
  15. Where are you getting a connection between "freak" and "ethics?" They are two independently existing ideas. Nature is morally neutral, but there's nothing about that neutrality that removes its ability to produce freaks. A freak is something uncommon, nothing else. It's not wrong, it's not something evil, or otherwise percievable as the result of unethical creation. It is merely an, often incidental, uncommon and maybe difficult to reproduce result.
  16. Just got done conquering the galaxy in Star Wars: Forces of Corruption. Danged is the Consortium overpowered. But, overpriced too. I can destroy all the bases on a planet, but I'd better be rich to try. Same goes with their turrets, probably double the cost of Imperial/Rebel turrets, but they can ignore shields, and destroy infantry, vehicle, and air equally. .Bribery is really nice because it stops garrisoning. Corrupt Militia is nice because it makes the natives work for me and turns the planet neutral if anyone has a problem with that. It makes me really wish they had MP galactic conquest mode. The Consortium's abilities would be so much better if you could negotiate with and threaten other players. Edit: Oh, did I mention suicide bombing Ewoks?

    Oye!

There's nothing about that to imply a religious institution. Even I'm able to legally perform marriages and I'm an atheist. It doesn't take much.
  19. Are you making a request?
  20. And I'm not. However, the point still stands "what's in a name?"
  21. Shakespeare wouldn't care, why should I?
  22. I might actually like Morrowind with guns. If it would be indeed more like Morrowind.
  23. My doubts are much simpler. It's not their IP and I didn't like Oblivion. I loved Morrowind, but I've got the impression that Bethesda likes what they made with Oblivion over what they made with Morrowind.

    What a stud!

I had a girlfriend with a hamster like that. Well, it wasn't really her's, it was her father's. And she wasn't my girlfriend, she just lived next door to me and got undressed with her blinds open.
  25. Did I see someone claim immersion? SHENANIGANS! Never once seen an open ended game accomplish the emotion conveyed in a railroading game. RPG or anything else. Stories are able to catch the audience in an emotional sense by using a pre-defined character the player has a chance to identify with easier than they can by trying to account for multiple player-defined characters that the player probably isn't even trying to identify with emotionally, only superficially.
