I'm an ass sometimes, I know. I know what you meant, I just have a bit of a peeve when people start throwing around buzz words that really serve no purpose.

WTF? Part 4 came out? I need to find it, I loved Sleeping Dragon (3). Even Amazon doesn't list Angel of Death... The official website doesn't even have a US region, I guess it was never released here. Much plotting to do.

I didn't mean to imply that it was a bad game. I just don't understand why the mass media seems to hold it in such high regard. I've never heard anything about the mass media holding it in overly high regard. However, it is a popular game and lots of players want to know about it. Coverage is just giving the audience what they want.

Except he's already killed children. And the perception that he regretted it, he didn't sound too much like he did. He was crying, sure, but that was more over his mother and not the children. "They're animals and I slaughtered them like animals" is not evidence of regret. It's evidence that he's dehumanizing his victims. He's a bad actor so it doesn't come across as well as it should. Let's look at it: He's already slaughtered women and children. He's already started slaughtering Jedi by the time he reaches the children. So, we see an immediate foot-in-the-door phenomenon paired with his previous slaughter. We also see him surrounded by Stormtroopers, who can serve to provide the presence of a close authority figure that we see from Milgram's obedience experiments. It's not a giant leap at all for him to slaughter children. Especially considering he's done it already by that point.

He'd already killed Tuskan children, so it wasn't all that big a step for him.

I should buy it while I still have a chance of finding a hardcover. But, I won't be able to read it until I'm done with the Dark Tower after all these years.

Almost at the final boss for Xenosaga Episode II. Going to do some quick homework, come back, load up on sugar and caffiene based drinks from the local Racetrac convenient store, then I'm pulling an all nighter just to get to start Episode III. I don't have anything important to be cognizant for in class tomorrow.

XIII... I won't say it was among the worst games I ever bought, but I definitely could have done without it. I played it once, have forgotten about it since.

I had a dream that I registered.

The thing I liked about 9 was how obviously it didn't take itself seriously. 8 tried to be a love story with no story to the love, just two people who barely know each other claiming they're in love at a relatively random moment with a giant plot twist in the game being they all forgot, but didn't know it. 10 was headed by an emo poster child and might have been a good game if not for him.

I should probably add Final Fantasy 8, 10, and 11 to this list. They're 3 games I would have been better off not buying.

It's just their Cyber Cafe patrons that potentially have their credit card numbers leaked. Not to trivialize how bad that is. Regular customers don't have stored credit card information.

I'm not sure I understand what Dawn of War intro is doing on there. The Dark Crusade intro, sure, but the regular Dawn of War intro? Seemed kind of blah to me except the visual quality. I kind of enjoy Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. It's nowhere the quality of its predecessor, but it just seems like a different target audience storywise.
