There are rules against me reproducing. Part of the Geneva convention, if I recall.

  3. But if it was a good game and you agreed with the direction they took it, and it was a major milestone in CRPG's, wouldn't you consider supporting them? This is Bethesda. What are the chances of that happening? Next to nil I say. I just have to accept that the gaming industry has changed and there will no longer be any games that I consider fun released any more. Time to retire the keyboard and mouse, Blank. Can you do it before the next page starts?
  4. What do "in-game graphics" (LadyCrimson) have to do with "gameplay" (Sand)?
  5. In-engine means it very well could be in game.
  6. The amount of shooting in Oblivion is rather insignificant. If the bow and arrow had significantly more prominence, than YES, without a shadow of a doubt. Maybe it can even qualify as one currently for those who focus on the bow as their weapon.
  7. Winona Ryder 1. Ron Perlman was a voice actor in Afro Samurai with Samuel L. Jackson 2. Samuel L. Jackson was in Black Snake Moan with Christina Ricci 3. Christina Ricci was in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with Johnny Depp 4. Johnny Depp was in Edward Scissorhands with Winona Ryder Or, y'know 1. Alien Resurrection
  8. This thread is now about the 6 degrees of Ron Perlman. Go.
  9. Don't feel so bad, now that you have me thinking about it I have absolutely no clue where my N64 games are. This requires investigation! Found my N64 Games! Bad news: They were in the garage. Good news: They were with my gameboy games. More good news: I tested a game boy game and it works despite the couple years of Texas heat. So, hopefully they all work! Further good news: Found the Dreamcast, too! Hopefully it works. Final good news: Shenmue just loaded up! IT'S ALIVE!
  10. Here we go. Pictures of my PC game bookshelf. Top row is my "to play" shelf with console games. Also some other console games scattered on the shelf, but not all of them. However, this is all of my PC games. Ran out of space here on Obsidian, so pics 3 and 4 are imageshack. Edit: Wait, that's not all my PC games. Still don't know where the first Max Payne is. Edit2: Oh, and it also excludes digital distribution games.
  11. Zork is awesome. Apparently it is freeware now from their website. http://www.infocom-if.org/downloads/downloads.html I have fun playing it. I never would have expected a Grue in the attic of all places.
  12. This does not change the fact that it was a teaser and was advertised as such. Some teasers are little more than a moving movie poster.
  13. I think I'm with Kotaku posters and am sick of these countdowns to every little thing. Not that long ago we had a countdown to the announcement of a company name. Not even a game, not even the name of a game, a name of a company that makes games. Next we'll be getting countdowns to them hiring new employees, including when they get a new accountant. Because countdowns are so rad.
  14. I can understand getting rid of some games. Looking at my PC shelf, Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, Call of Duty 2, Country-Strike Condition Zero, Dungeon Siege, Everquest II, Fable, Final Fantasy XI, Medal of Honor Allied Assault, Myst V: End of Ages, Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, Unreal Tournament 2003, and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes are all games I could very very easily do without. Some games I have are older than all of them and I wouldn't give up for anything. My 10 copies of Super Mario Bros (rough estimate), Super Mario RPG, Super Metroid!
  15. The thing is, I don't like hack and slash. Only time I can ever stand hack and slash is in the action adventure. At least those hack and slash have a story and puzzles. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate hack and slash like Pop hates Gundam or Meta loves Deus Ex.
  16. When are teasers ever gameplay footage?
  17. Choo CHUG! CHURN! GRRRRCKACK!
  18. That's still a lot of gaming time. Are you breaking it up with the occassional walk (other than to the fridge?) It's just a bit of a health concern. It totals up to be 9-12 hours. Spanned across 3 days, that's 3-4 hours a day. Is 4 hours a day on a weekend really a concern of some kind? Somehow, with 8 hours for sleep, 4 hours for gaming, I manage to find a little amount of time in the sparse 12 hours remaining for a jog or some pushups. I don't know how I manage. It's a tight schedule.
  19. Those three were short games. The 1/2 has been a work in progress for a few months.
  20. The show starts to die even before that. He gets relegated to a desk job.
  21. They were down here for A-Kon? Crap, I was considering going this year.
  22. Oh, and I'd either still be an atheist, blatantly ignorant of any and all miracles or gods themselves that I see before me, or I'd try to get away with feigning worship of Bhaal, just as a variation on the previous religious lunacy.
