Discrepancy between Tooltip and actual effect
Hulk'O'Saurus posted a question in Patch Beta Bugs and Support
I just keep digging these things up ;D. There is a difference in the penetration tooltip on the scroll and the combat window. The game actually calculates the scroll to have 9 base penetration during combat instead of 7. Can't find any reason why, though. -
Game's UI Breaking down a bit :D

Not a big deal. Just cosmetics... everything functions as intented, so it's not a biggie. Still, letting the devs know. -
*To OP: Why don't you try Ghostheart Ranger/Rogue or Rogue subclass of choice? You can always end combat as soon as you like making you very safe, even in solo, and giving you an opportunity to learn the game better. It also comes with base built in monstrous accuracy, penetration and interrupt bonuses allowing you to use a greater variety of weapons, armours and, if you like, forego consumables completely. You can do every non-ship bounty in the game early by just killing one thing(if you like) and so get a lot of xp and cash.

You can always respec at any inn if you want to get some more milage out of those. I don't know how much per point you get when we're talking about Casita's Legacy or that Essence Interrupter... because I am guessing that's the one you're having. But when it comes to my most favourite item in the game--a cloak that buffs all deffences per History skill, it gives you 0.5 more per point. It might be the same for the yours, too, but I don't know.

Don't really know why, but here it is.

Let me just add that last time I was resting with Hylea's it wasn't stacking with Adra Potion's skills. So instead I do one rest at Wild Mare's Private Dance room, then stack as much skills as possible and open/loot as many items as I can, and generally run pacifists until I start doing bounties at around 13(deadly mod installed, which reduces xp.) Then I 'respec' into fighting gear which includes food of choice(most often for me it's Crusted Swordfish,) Dawnstar's Blessing, Konstanten's Boon, Luminous Bathhouse, Adra Potion(because I am a scroll maniac), Alchemist Shenanigans from the island(first fight I can skip, because I most often play Nature Godlike,) Red Hand(if applicable--doesn't work for spells, far as I can tell,) and now Nature's Resolve(which is a crazy buff--together with Borrowed instincts it adds +30 accuracy to scrolls so we can enjoy Pull of Eora even more.) There are certain events in the game, like putting 500 coins in that machine at Arkemyr's Shop that apparently count as resting and remove the buffs. Sneaking in Fort Deadlight with a boat is one of them, too.

The first time in every combat encounter I use Kalakoth's Minor Blights scroll it doesn't summon the weapon. You have to use a second scroll in order to get it.

I find this interesting, because while I tried the Robust side of LoH for me it was more important not to be interrupted. My game-maker was Courageous. But then again I was playing an Arcane Knight, so perhaps there is a world of difference in there. By the way, how exactly do you obtain this 'Nature's Resolve?'... I searched for it, but the only info that got dug up was that it was no longer available after 2.0... Do you mind the extra elaboration? *diamondsforever Just some small info--I think the 'end combat' button is called Smoke Veil... you can pretty much finish 1st isle without a fight in about 15 minutes with something like that... not a biggie, but it does shave some hours off from your playthrough. And of course, it doesn't work if you're challenged by Berath xD.

Pictures of your Games 11 - The Quickening
Hulk'O'Saurus replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
Yo, may I have that one, pls... I mean the movie, not the spider man . -
Dampener would need to make a check vs her high will. That's +20 will with Llengrath's. The mage will just use that lvl 9 spell to remove it. Good times. Also, Dampener would just suspend it for some time... mostly 10-15 seconds. On a side note, her fire armour doesn't stay that high even with Llengrath's on, so if you can figure something out, go for it. When I was playing my Arcane Knight, Llengrath's didn't use to proc if you could bring her health bellow 50 % while she was casting it. It was the same for players, btw. Now it's more annoying for sure. Also, Crushing Doom used to reduce Fortitude during the frames the target was proned, so even more dmg goodness. Not anymore :D.
